The seats were comfortable, and felt quite spacious. The snack and water were okay. Strange little buffet in the middle of the night. But would use this service again.

The bus is very spacious and the stuff is well organized. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the too cold ac, so wear a sweater and long pants even tough you get a blanket.

A much more comfortable experience than a sleeper train as they actually turn the lights off and the air-con isn’t quite at the same Arctic temperatures, but worth wearing a long sleeved top and longer trousers. The seats recline nicely and are roomy. The snacks on board are good and they provide you with Pepsi and water (and coffee in the morning if you’re awake) but this is provided without a smile and the hostess we had spoke barely any English. They also don’t translate anything into English on the tickets or meal vouchers so for us and a group of bewildered Norwegians, we had only the reviews of previous travellers to go by! But overall, a good service and I would rather use an overnight bus than a train in the future. We also arrived about 2hrs early.

Fauteuils et bus confortables qui fait bien le job pour la liaison entre ces 2 villes. Par contre, prévoyez la polaire car vous allez être congelé et ne comptez pas sur l'hôtesse pour réchauffer l'ambiance par un sourire. Ne parle pas anglais et ne veut pas communiquer le mdp du wifi. Notre bus est arrivé à 5h15 du matin au lieu des 7h00 annoncées. Vers 23h00, un stop de 10 min est prévu pour prendre une boisson comprise avec votre ticket (si le coeur vous en dit, avalez un plat au buffet qui ne semble pas être de toute première fraîcheur...)

VIP is the way to go. Large, comfortable seats. Water and snacks. Port to charge your phone. Bring lots of layers, it was super cold with the AC.

Very nice bus, great chairs. Blanket was also nice because airco was cold. I cound't find the wifi password but I really would recomend taking the vip over the normal bus!

Fantastic VIP bus. Lots of space. Very comfy seats. Provided with water and a blanket. Arrived 1 hour early. Can’t fault it.

Gemakkelijk gevonden. Enkel nummer van het perron klopte niet. Bus was zeer comortabel. Brede zetels die plat kunnen. Airco en dekentje. Drank en snakje en om 24 u als we net wilden slapen.. bij de stop bonnetje om te eten. In baanrestaurant. Wel enkel thaise taal. Kwamen aan om 6uur. Taxi naar hotel ..ontbijt..en lange dag om vanalles te doen.

Bus was ok with nice big chairs. Toilet was nice and tidy. Good administration with labeled bags and meal vouchers. Easy to find the ticket counter and right bus. Dinner stop after midnight was not so nice since halfway during sleep! Bus also arrived too early on destination which left us too much time to be spend in our hotel lobby...

The seat was large and confortable but the staff wasn’t very helpful. Wake at 2 in the morning for eating, it’s very hard. I asked so many times for the wifi password but the women never gave me. Fast and safe. The travel was ok but the staff is only for thai.

VIP巴是真的很舒適，位子很大，椅子雖然不能停到平躺但可以調整到很舒適的幅度，廁所也很乾淨，上車後會發水、飲料、餅乾和麵包，中間會到休息站休息20分鐘左右，可以上廁所，而且有附餐券可以換簡單的白粥和小菜吃，不錯吃，比預定的時間早一小時抵達，但隨車的小姐不會說英文，車上wifi很弱

Was a fantastic trip, arrived earlier than expected and was a smooth journey, would definitely recommend, the only thing I would say is for foreign passengers it would be helpful to have everything translated into English.

Surprisingly good trip! Seats are large and have leg rests, much more comfortable and easy to sleep than planes. Managed to get quite a good sleep, the lights we were warned about are turned off quite fast and there were no loud movies playing as some predicted. The toilet was another pleasant surprise - it was clean and totally fine, even had toilet paper. Would happily travel again this way. Also we arrived even earlier than others have mentioned - by 5.45am.

Departure on time, no trouble at all. 12go Asia first experience was a success. Arrival straight on time too. Good drivers, we even slept haha!

We booked the vip bus but it was full so we had to take the express bus {for a lower price). Contrary to our expectations it was actually quite OK. Enough leg space, a plateau underneath your legs. We used the blanket as a pillow and slept for about 6-7 hours total.

Die Fahrt war recht angenehm, jedoch hat man ständig die Toilette gerochen, jedes Mal wenn jemand die Tür aufgemacht hat.

Lief sehr gut. Bis auf ein dreckiges Klo, aber dafür war ein Zwischenstopp, wo man aufs Klo gehen konnte und umsonst was zu essen oder zu trinken bekam.

The bus was comfortable and the staff was nice. The announcements were made only in Thai, but it was kind of fine. There was a surprise free meal at 2 in the morning, which was a bit of a surprise to us. Also, the bus arrived at 06:30 instead of te expected 08:00.

Met VIP bus van Chiang Mai naar Kanchanaburi. Top bus. Echt VIP. Free WiFi aan boord, 2 USB-aansluitingen per zitplaats. Ruime zitplaats, mogelijkheid om stoel vrij ver naar achter te leunen. De rit duurde 10 uur met korte tussenstop van 20 minuutjes. Op tijd vertrokken (20u) en 2 u voor voorziene tijd (8u) aangekomen. Op de bus kregen we direct een flesje water, een blikje cola en 2 koekjes. Er was ook voor iedereen een deken voorzien. VIP bus is een echte aanrader!

15 minutes after we left, the driver stopped at a bus station and we had to transfer in another van there. But the new driver was rude and did not speak english. He made us wait 1 hour in the van, at the bus station before going so we left Bankok at 13:30 instead of 12:30. However, we arrived on time in Kanchanaburi (we was driving very fast)

Beaucoup de place par personne. 2 petites collations et 2 boissons incluses. Juste le Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionne pas bien mais sinon très bon plan !

Durchsagen im Bus nur auf thailändisch. WLAN nicht das schnellste. Film und Musik sehr laut und ebenfalls auf thailändisch. Dafür sind die Sitze super bequem, man hat massig Platz und es gibt essen/trinken. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Man hat super viel Platz, die Stühle sind sehr breit und lassen sich komplett zurückstellen. Die doch lange Fahrt ließ sich so sehr gut aushalten!

Very efficient service, from putting our luggage on board, seating us onto a very clean bus. Reclining seats/blankets, water and goody bag and at the comfort stop, free meal or drink included in the ticket price. Excellent road, driver and arrived 1/2 hour early. Great value for money and doing it by the day was good scenery. Thank you.

If you would like to travel from Kanachaburi to Chiang Mai is this VIP bus a great way to travel. The chairs are really comfortable and enough space for your legs. We arrived 1 hour earlier as expected, so it would be nice if you have an early check in in your accommodation. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at our trip and the aircondition works a little bit to good so it would be nice if you can put on some warm clothes.

Very nice bus although Aircon a bit high. Advise to bring jacket. Very little English spoken so bit confusing at times. At the meals stop, take your bus ticket and swap it for a meal directly at the food counter. We arrived way earlier then stated, around 520 am. Not good if your accommodation isn't expecting you so early.

Plenty of room, nice trip. No welcome in english, or Explanation about WiFi or about the stops. Also they put out the lights immediately

Très bon voyage en VIP, idéal pour y passer la nuit, énormément de place. Simple bemol quand au ticket de nourriture. C’est un self service et personne ne nous l’as dis. Arrivée avec 1h30 d’avance, très bon voyage
