Pontual and spoke very good English. All was perfect but unfortunately we suffer a car accident. A motorcycle smashed the bus front window and an ambulance had to be called for the motorcyclist.
The support to get a new bus was smooth but the whole experience was a bit overwhelming.

Guter, sauberer Bus, guter Service. Bequeme, zurückklappbare Sitze mit viel Platz. Würde beim nächsten Mal unbedingt wieder Sapa Express buchen. Mussten auf der Rückfahrt mit anderer Firma fahren, weil Sapa Express ausgebucht war. Dieser Anbieter war deutlich schlechter als Sapa Express.

Salimos puntuales, incluso 10 o 15 minutos antes de la hora prevista. Los asientos eran muy cómodos con opción para reclinar y cargar el móvil. Nos dieron una botella de agua e hicimos dos paradas de 30 y 15 min respectivamente. Ibamos 5 personas en el autobús nada más. Conducción prudente y correcta.

These guys are running a different service to everyone else. The coach was super comfy, with 3 seats in a row, and a tour guide with fluent English explained all the stops to us and helped with any issues. Can't recommend enough.

We took the Sa Pa Express in both directions from/to Hanoi. Both guides and drivers were excellent. The bus was spacious and comfy. Definitely the best bus experience of our Vietnam trip. On the return trip we hit a heavy storm with lots of car drivers pulling over due to the conditions. Our driver continued safely and got us back on schedule despite the chaos on the roads.

Good seats with a lot of legroom. The staff was very informative, and helped us with the transport from saps to our hotel. We also got a bottle of water on the bus. We had to stops were we could buy food, and go to the toilet.

Excellent trip, almost arrived on time, very comfortable and clean. Booked a different company (way worse) on the return trip and can just recommend booking with sapa express.

They picked us up at our hotel, the bus was comfortable, we had two stops on our six hour trip and arrived on time. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

It was smooth process, went to the office to get tickets printed, board the bus and reached sapa at 4am and were allowed to stay on board till 6am.

Der Bus war komfortbel und pünktlich.Wir kamen mit nur 30 min Verspätung in Sapa an.Da es erst 4:30 Uhr war und noch dunkel, durften wir sogar noch nach Ankunft im Bus weiter schlafen.Nue das W-Lan funktionierte leider nicht. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen und war auch recht günstig im Vergleich zu den einfachen Sleeper Bussen.Wenn möglich entscheide ich mich wieder für die ,,Luxusvariante".

Bus is clean an comfortable. The team is very friendly. And everything was very punctual. We can recommend that bus. The only point: it would be nice if you could tell all the guests in the beginning to wear masks. One lady next to us seemed sick and was coughing all the time. Hopefully we are not sick now because we both feel a scratching in the throat wince today.

Excellent trip. The staff member on our bus was very regimented and the bus itself is very comfortable with reclining seats and plenty of leg room. Wish all long haul busses were like this!

Limo bus was really good and comfortable journey. However the stops the bus made was horrible. Food was disgusting and toilets were not at all clean and they were paid toilets !

On time, even arrived a little bit early. They let you sleep in the bus until 6AM which is great. Great value.

Safe trip but not that comfortable I expected after reading the reviews. Seats are for not Asians to short and not that much leg space if the the seat in frond of you lay back. Next time I prefer again the semi sleepers wich is cheaper also.

Very confortable bus. The Wifi only works 2hours, And the Air-condition was very high, which males feel the bus like a fridge.

Very clean bus and a very comfortable ride. Great service. They have an English spekaong guide which is a major boon. However, though they say that they provide pickup at your hotel, i had to make my own arrangements despite me putting up at the old quarter, Hanoi. Also, the free WiFi stops working once you reach the outskirts of SaPa.

I didn’t realise quite how brilliant the Sapa Express was until I caught a bus with Boalau and Saoviet (a horrific and scary experience). Our guide spoke Japanese and English and kept us fully up to date at all times. Plenty of stops to make up for not having a toilet and we ended up on the bus we booked and on time (something we didn’t get with SaoViet). Highly recommended!

The bus and the travel was good. But they say you have to be there 30 minutes before the bus leaves but there was nobody there when we got there. 20 minutes later they arrived. So i dont understand why they want you to be there when they are not on time themselves. We also left 30 minutes to late.
