Bisschen unorganisiert, sind zuerst in den falschen Bus eingestiegen und mussten dann unsere ganzen Taschen wieder selbst aus dem Bus raus holen, wo schon andere Taschen darauf gestapelt und davor abgelagert wurden

Der Bus hat uns pünktlich abgeholt und pünktlich nach Hanoi gefahren. Es gab 2 Pausen å 20 min. Der Platz für einen 1,82m großen Menschen ist sehr knapp, die Länge für die Beine ist zu kurz.

We were put on another bus due to mechanical fault. It was a sleeper cabin bus. This is what we were trying to avoid. In the end it was not as bad as we imagined. We were traveling during the day so wanted upright seats.

Bit rogue but that’s Asia for you. Got picked up from Tam Coc by car with some others (very good communication via WhatsApp), where they drove us to the bottom of Hang Mua big pagoda where we waited for our actual bus. We were a bit confused, but turns out we joined a tour group from Hanoi for the bus back to the city (they had spaces left on the bus). Friendly staff and got to the specified drop off point, but we were an hour late because we left an hour later due to the transfer and having to wait for the bus. Comfy bus though!

The Pick up location was stated as Grand Flamant SAPA Hotel but hotel reception has made us walk to the main bus station. For People who have heavy luggage or luggage with no wheels, it’s a problem. Why To make such an inconvenience , it’s best to state the right location so that taxi can drop you off where you should be.
The bus we have boarded was a completely different bus , not a SAPA dragon express. The bus was outdated, dirty, privacy curtains missing.
Also a drop off location wasn’t the airport, the bus dropped us off at Grand Dragon hotel from where we had to take the taxi to the airport.
Lots of inconvenience!

The crew was great, especially Henry very clude up, great intertainer how to mingle with the travellers and well knowledge about trip and sightseeing. He can take the company very far with his positive attitude.

The bus was way too late from the beginning. Then we waited for two people on the highway to get picked up by another bus, because they were on the wrong one. After that we waited for 5 orher peoble who arrived in a grab car on the highway to join the ride. Nobody explained what was happening it all. Overall we waited for more than one hour and the whole ride took nearly 4 hours.
In the end the destination was completly different from what was stated our ticket. When we asked, we were offered to get dropped off on the highway. We choose that and had to call a grab car for a 25 min drive to get to the destination we actually booked.
Overall it would have been a better experience if the trip would have been spontaniously cancelled. So sadly ZERO stars.

I felt disappointed because I should have been grouped with the Western foreign tourists, but they were prioritized first. Only after they were finished was I called to head to the bus. It turned out I was supposed to go together with that group, so I ended up being the last to board.
It was the first time I experienced something like this, and it made me wonder if I was treated differently because I’m Asian.
The driver was also quite rude when informing me that food was not allowed and that I had to remove my shoes. I understand the rules and followed them once told, but I didn’t appreciate the tone.
Even though the bus itself was comfortable, the service was very poor.

The bus was nice but the driver made too much stops. One time he stopped the bus to buy 3 live chickens. The worst was that in the end of the ride he smoked cigarettes and the bus was suffocated with stink.

Our bus got overbooked so we got another (better) bus from hk busline. The problem was that we needed to wait two hours for the other bus and thus arrived two hours later.

We weren’t told it was a guide tour bus we got on and that resulted in us arriving an hour later and having to wait at a stop for 40 minutes because the tour had a stop there

Smooth pickup and good communication upfront via Whatsapp. We got contacted during the afternoon before pickup to arrange the pickup. Very friendly organiser and convenient trip. Would definitely use again.

We arrived 4am, as indicated. Drop-off point is a ran down stadium and not a proper parking area and we were made to bring our luggage, under rain and walked 30m to roadside to flag for taxi. Driver told us that they cannot drop us off at road side as we were too early in the morning. But he allowed us to sleep in bus till 6am.

The driver keep us inside the bus at 4.30am while was supposed to arrive at 3am.
We asked to leave the bus, because we had an hotel waiting for us, he kept us while washing the bus…
Also we stopped 15 min at the airport, we asked if we can go to the bathroom, that was urgent, he said no, we had to wait 1 hour and half

We were sat at the back of the bus, and the seats didn't lean back, and even though I'm a short person, I could not fit my legs between my seat and the one in front of me, that one could lean back and looked comfortable. Very horrible 6 hours for me and my husband.

We weren't on any list, and there was probably a mistake. We left Sapa 40 minutes late, and the limousine wasn't as comfortable as we had expected. We were probably booked to a larger car at short notice.

Our driver ended up leaving much earlier than expected. Luckily for us we too were early and he didn’t leave without us. They then proceeded to pull over every half an hour to make phone calls which made us much later than usual. Our vehicle also kept smoking from the engine which terrified all passengers.
I wouldn’t recommend this company for a bus as they’re just wildly inappropriate!

Dylan was super great at communicating over whatsapp as our bus was delayed. Make sure you check ur messages! He came and found us when the bus arrived, as the port was super busy and confusing. The trip itself was easy, with air conditioning and one stop. Dylan then asked us where we were staying to make sure we got dropped near :) Would use sapa express again!

Hired the VIP (more expensive than normal buses) limousine looking for a more comfortable trip and ended up in the back seats, with my legs barely fitting and a bunch of luggage next to me.

We got given a vip sleeper bus instead of the sleeper bus we were supposed to have. Although they changed our departure time. Im not sure why they pretend to offer departures every 10 mins as they clearly merge them all together. We left Hanoi 30 minutes late.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Erlebnis mit 12Go und Sapaexpress
Zunächst wurde mir erst etwa 9 Stunden vor der Abfahrt mitgeteilt, dass der Bus nicht an dem von mir gebuchten Ziel hält. Ich wurde lediglich informiert, hatte aber keine Möglichkeit mehr, etwas daran zu ändern, da es zu kurzfristig war. Ich musste die Änderung notgedrungen akzeptieren.
Obwohl ich mein Ticket bereits mehrere Monate im Voraus gebucht hatte, erhielt ich es nicht rechtzeitig. Erst nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert hatte, wurde mir das Ticket zugeschickt.
Die Abfahrt war für 07:30 Uhr geplant, tatsächlich ging die Fahrt jedoch erst mehr als eine Stunde später los. Während der Fahrt tropfte außerdem Wasser aus der Decke des Busses, was den Komfort zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.
Obwohl das neue Ziel näher lag als das ursprünglich gebuchte, wurde mir weder ein Preisnachlass noch irgendeine Entschädigung angeboten.
Insgesamt war der Service sehr enttäuschend. Eine so kurzfristige Änderung, die erhebliche Verspätung, der Zustand des Busses und die fehlende Kulanz sind für mich nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann 12Go und Sapaexpress aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Von den 10 Sitzen im Bus sind die letze Reihe und die Sitzreihe davor nicht in der Lage sich nach hinten zu lehnen. Dies wird im Vorhinein nicht kommuniziert, dass nicht alle Personen einen Schlafsessel haben. Bei 6 Stunden Fahrt ist dies sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten war die Fahrt in Ordnung.

Wir haben in der letzten Reihe gesessen. Ein Anschnallgurt war defekt. In der letzten Reihe keine Möglichkeit zu liegen, obwohl wir das gebucht hatten.
