Der Trip erhält einzig und allein zwei Sterne, weil er insgesamt funktioniert hat. Es ging etwas später los als geplant, was nicht weiter schlimm war. Eine Kommunikation vor Ort dazu wäre einfach hilfreich gewesen. Die Fahrt selbst war absolut schrecklich. Der Fahrer ist viel zu schnell gefahren, sodass unser Bus regelmäßig in sich gewackelt hat. Dass wir am Ende unfallfrei in Mersing angekommen sind, hat es regelrecht verwundert. Ärgerlich war außerdem, dass wir die Fahrt 3x buchen & bezahlen mussten, da wir sie erst beim dritten Mal nutzen konnten. Einmal war eine Fehlbuchung durch Eigenverschulden zu Stande gekommen, ein anderes Mal konnten wir den Bus auf Grund eines Marathons nicht erreichen. Schade, dass uns hier nicht wenigstens einmal der Betrag von 12go.asia zurückerstattet worden ist.

Reservations are not reliable. If the bus operator decides not to operate, than you have to switch to a new plan. Travel plans are hard to make under these conditions.

The bus came like last time too late. The trip lasted much longer than 5 hours. Don't know why it's called 'Express'. Last time 7 hours, this time 6,5 hours. One stop for the toilet, I had to ask for a second one.

The bus was not on time because the driver and his partner needed to stop to have lunch at 12:00 a.m. We were stopped 30 mins and the bus arrived so late. Moreover, the bus so old and unconfortable. Too cold inside (everywhere in Malaysia).

The ride was comfortable with enough stops during these 6hours. We were a little late in KL but ok. Bad thing (and 5 others) booked a ride to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, but we’re dropped off at the Bus Terminal a little more outside the city. The driver just told us this is his last stop and if we want to go further we have to look for another bus. Then he just left us there. Not sure if this is his fault or wrong information on the website.

Der Bus von Mersing nach Kuala Lumpur war pünklich. Es gab während der 5,5 Std Fahrt einen Stopp. Der Bus war sehr sauber und komfortabel zudem ist der Fahrer sicher gefahren. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Buchung war einfach und die Bestätigung erfolgte sofort.

2h de retards par rapport à l'heure annoncé malgré un traffic normal et une conduite digne d'un pilote de rally... Que dire de plus. Sinon bus confortable rien a dire là dessus, mais comme tous les vis en général en Malaisie c'est vraiment un point fort. Conduite toujours aussi sportive avec un si gros engin.
