Eine Frechheit wie man die Kunden behandelt.
Wir sollten in Don Sak 4 km zu Fuß zur nächsten Haltestelle der 12 Go laufen.
Dann haben wir die Adresse vom Hotel vor der Fahrt dem Fahrer mitgeteilt, der uns dann 30km vom Hotel entfernt aus dem Bus geworfen wollte, nachdem wir gesagt haben was wir bis zum Hotel gebucht haben hat die Dame von der Touristen Information uns angeschriehen das wir aus dem Auto austeigen sollen.
Für weitere 700 Baht würden sie uns aber zum Hotel fahren.
Einfach nur eine Frechheit.
Nie wieder fahren wir mit dieser Gesellschaft.

An sich alles gut geklappt. Aber das Auto war schlecht gedämpft auf den buckeligen Straßen und die Fähre kam mit einer Stunde Verspätung an

Es hat alles super geklappt …. Wir warteten eine halbe Stunde vor angegebener Zeit in der Lobby wie gewünscht und wurden mit nur 5 Minuten Verspätung abgeholt. (Wir waren die letzten aufgrund Standort) reibungsloser Transport und pünktlich am Pier gewesen. Check in am Pier mit den Voucher lief auch reibungslos und dann ging es auf die Fähre.

The van trip from Saladin pier to Krabi was very uncomfortable due to there not being enough seating in the van, they definitely overbooked. My husband and I were squashed between the luggage at the back. Other than that everything went smoothly. Bus trip from Krabi to the pier was very comfortable, AC was good and bus drove well. Ferry ride also went smoothly and communication from operators was clear. The passengers however don’t know how to listen to instructions when exiting the ferry and it was a whole debacle. We arrived only 20 minutes after the stated arrival time so not too bad.

Got us there with no issues, driver didn’t have very much English and the van didn’t have any separate space for luggage so it was all piled onto two seats.

The van starts the pick up at the designated time, so we ended up waiting for more than an hour. Other than that the drove directly and safely to the destination.

It was on time, the driver drove well, we were on time at the arrival place. The only thing is that the driver insisted for me to change place to leave it for another guy and I didn't like that as I sat down there first so didn't get why I should move after.

Good transport service with RTC in Krabi. The van was comfortable and the ride was smooth. Perfect option for transfers in the area.
However, 12Go sent us a confusing email telling us to go to the RTC office but without any address or directions, which made it a bit difficult to find. Once we got there, everything worked well and the transport itself was very good.”

The driver was friendly, packed all our luggage on well, and stopped for 20 mins at a great rest stop - with 7/11, Cafe Amazon, clean toilets and some other food stands. We arrived earlier than expected too.

Comfortable seats and air conditioning, however the driver was an hour earlier than expected. He was really friendly and allowed us time to get ready but I feel that we could have received notification of this prior. Also, the breaks on the van vibrated a lot, suggesting the pads had worn away which was a bit scary.

Smooth ride that got me from point A to point B (Khao Sok - Ao Nang) on time. Very convenient with hotel transfers, and a break to go to the bathroom in between.

We were dropped off in Ao Nang, rather than at our hotel in Klong Muang, despite the voucher stating that only Tubkaek hotels would not be drop off points. Other passengers were also heading to Klong Muang, and they were contacted by the service provider in advance to let them know, whereas we were not.
In addition, the driver was very nice, but he drove extremely fast, and the AC in the van was very weak, meaning it was very hot inside.

All good. Driver arrived on time to pick us up. Comfortable van, friendly driver. We had a quick stop midway, dropped us at our hotel in Ao Nang. No complaints.

On time! The bus driver was very friendly, communicated well how much time we have on a toilet stop and even when asked he dropped us at our sleeping place instead of khao sok station. Thank you :)

The van arrived at our hotel half an hour late, but I didn’t deduct a star for that, as this can easily be due to other passengers. Everything else was very good. I always felt safe during the journey, we took a 20-minute break at a fairly large rest area, and we arrived on time. Would (and did) book again.

Payed for drop off at hotel then got told not dropping off at hotel got dropped off half an hour away from my hotel.
When picked up, 2 people did not arrive on time, so we went to pick up more people driving for an hour and then came back for them where we started, Delaying us making us late.

Pick up went smooth. Nice driver, clean car. Ferry staff was not the nicest. Treated customers rude, arrived 45 min late. Therefore, my hotel pick up person was no longer waiting for me which meant that I had to carry my luggage for 20 min to get to the accomodation on Phi Phi.

In the booking procedure I couldn’t find the window to tell our flight-no and arrival-time. I wrote it as a message, that I don’t know how much time we need to get our luggage. I didn’t know that it is a private pickup. So I gave more time as needed. At the pickup no we were 1 h too early. So we were a bit lost there. Everybody was gone. We thought we had to wait 1h. Fortunately the driver gave me a call and we didn’t loose too much time. He was very friendly and made it ebenen possible to get us a ferry earlier than booked. Excellent!

The van that picked us up barely has working AC and enough room for everyone’s bags. It was a long drive in sweltering heat. It was not enjoyable. Once we got on the ferry it was fine.

It said it would pick you up in Khao Sok, but didn't specify the location or exclude anything like other services, which is why we chose it. We bought it two days in advance, and just 1.5 hours before, they notified us that our hotel wasn't included. We had to take a taxi, and we weren't even sure they were running. We couldn't schedule it because of the short notice. If they saw the reservation and the pickup location, they should have notified us earlier so we could schedule it in advance or cancel the service.

Ferry for 2 hours, you arrive in Krabi the driver is waiting for you with your name printed out for transfer to airport in 25 mns. Very smooth organisation, clean ferry and van.

Overall our experience was ok. The driver drove carefully. Pick up was also good. BUT we expected to have a travel of 2 1/2 hour. Instead we drove not the direct way. In sum it took us about 5 hours ca., cause we drove through the national park Khao Sok.
An information in advance would have been helpful.

It was very good, we arrived much earlier than expected and even got a quick break on the way outside 7/11.
