we had to wait in front of a police checkout for 1h as the driver did not "had the right paper to present to the police"..
we also started 40 min later from el nido, as we had to pickup some guests from their hotel. to us they said that we have to be there at the bus terminal 30 min before leaving.

Der Bus wurde typischerweise wieder mit Menschen und Gepäck vollgeladen. Relativ pünktliche Abfahrt.
Sichere Fahrt, solange kein anderer Van in Sicht war. Der Fahrer kannte gefühlt jedes Schlagloch.
War ein anderer Van in Sicht, dann wurde es teilweise abenteuerlich bei den Überholmanövern. Zeitweise fühlte man sich wie auf einer Rennstrecke.
Ankunft war früher als geplant, trotz Abladens der Mitteisenden in diversen Hotels.

Overall, the van ride went well. Very quick and smooth ride.
Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication between 12go and the fact that pick up from your hotel is included in ticket price. So we paid money to travel 20mins to get to the 'pick up' location which was slightly frustrating.

La organización previa un poco caótica, hubo gente que se quedó fuera y tenían su billete. Pero buscaron alternativas. Nosotros teníamos reserva, llegamos con tiempo y pudimos coger los últimos dos asientos. Conductor al estilo Filipino, súper veloz, así que llegamos antes de la hora especificada.

Todo perfecto. Me recogieron en punto y llegamos antes. Al llegar pregunte lo que habían pagado otros que iban en la van y yo había pagado 300 pesos más por el mismo trayecto.

Too many people on the van, no space for the legs, reckless driving and an alive rooster screaming on the back. The driver and the van from el Nido to port Barton were great. These were terrible.

We had several vans during our stay in Palawan. I think they are pretty much all the same : a lot of people in it (they add a "fake" chair to fit more people), too cold air conditionning, crazy driving... And sometimes also they are late (yet, not in this one). They give you no information about the place where they drop you at the end (I had the feeling the "final stop" depends on their mood/how well you negociate with them). The places behind the driver can be reserved, but they reserve it for 4 people as they are only 2 "nice" spots.
So for this ride, this way fine, but I almost believe this was luck... !

Lots of people squeezed in that bus even they use the extra spaces. Otherwise was good and they did stopped for a little break which was good!

I got picked up at the hotel as booked, but this was all thanks to my hotel receptionist as he called the company to reconfirm and they did not seem to be aware of the booking, so basically if my receptionist did not call, I would still be waiting in the lobby.. also the van was stuffed including grocerys and stuff

After a bit of toing & froing, I manged to get picked up outside my hotel, from then on made great time there, great driver & pretty comfy seat,also great tunes all the way there 👌

In the end, it was not so bad as it seemed to be: we left 9 minutes later, one stop of 10 minutes extended to 15 and at 17 km from the airport the van driver stopped to pee. I has to get a plane and we were only 10 minutes late from scheduled.
On the other side, the one I book from Puerto Princesa to El Nido was excellent.

Van did the job but it was cramped - whilst we had capacity for 14 people, we had 3 big lads on the back seat(s) for 4 and the company tried to force another on with us - Van was also full of bags so an obstacle course to get out of

Driver was fast but still felt safe. Aircon in the van was a little weak. Not cramped with passengers but the bags were piled high up we had to adjust them several times during the trip. Still overall a good experience and service.

Driver was super helpful with bags and the van actually departed 10 mins early. Drove very safely and made it in 4 hours with a stop for the loo/food just over halfway.

The trip was not as bad as everyone made it to be. It was good space and good aircon. The driver drove normally and the roads were beautiful. Nothing to complain about. Good service and overall good trip.
Will definitely use again!

The van turned up an hour late as it was picking everyone up however when we reached out we got told we weren’t being picked up and would have to make our own way to the terminal so we spent 500php getting there when we didn’t need to. When we got onto the van there was one seat left but two of us so I had to sit on a make up chair that was but in the isle between two seats. This chair was not secured into the floor and would tip whenever we went round a corner or came to a stop. I also didn’t have a seatbelt for this chair. I felt very unsafe.

The bus was crowded to its limit with bagage in the aisle and there seemed to be a lot of confusion with the tickets and the arrangers which led to ~45 min overall delay.
The driver was good though.

OK, but we were an hour late in leaving, so a much longer trip than expected. Seats were a bit cramped with limited legroom.

It was great overall. I was expecting much less. Timely departure. Earlier arrival. One stop on the way (mid journey). Driver was responsible. No music, fast but safe ride. No stops on the way. Luggage secured nicely. Thanks

Driver stopped 3 times without communicating why / how much time would we stopped for. We could have saved 1h otherwise. The driver should communicate a minimum with us as all passengers were confused. At least the driver drove very safely!

Room for all passengers, luggage kept safe, air conned vehicle. Felt safe. Bathroom/food stop half way through. As expected.
Left 30 mins later than advertised (as stated on 12go Asia page, I'd account for a 1-2 hour delay if making the journey for something time critical).
