車子很乾淨，也很準時。雖然路程多蜿蜒，可以感受到司機先生已經盡量開得比較平穩。但是因爲拜縣的車站很小，同時有幾輛巴士要同時發車，所以在找自己的巴士的時候有一點混亂，建議提早十分鐘抵達車站，巴士前車窗都貼有乘客的名單，如果找不到自己的巴士時，可以去查詢。

Set off on time, arrive 1 hour early, lots of winding roads, driver went a little fast on them towards the end and my sister felt sick then but was ok until the end when started going fast. Suitcases were strapped to roof which is way better than jamming them all down the aisles as with every other bus trip in Asia

The vehicle is not very comfortable (the seats do not recline and there are not arm rests). The driver did not stop for a washroom break.

Kind polite driver, we arrived earlier even than expected. This route in the mountains contains many curves. We had the 5 E and D Seats which are very small. Causing motion sickness. It would be an improvement if it was possible to book front seats online. Now the last customer gets the seats in the front which are better if you tend to get sick on this vomit enhancing track. Pay a bit extra is no problem.

Easy to buy ticket on line. Nice staff at station helped us to the right check in. The roads are very squiggly, but the driver were good and also made a short stop along the way.

Was fine, except that the driver drove like a formula 1 driver and made people puke in the 700 bends. This is driver dependent, for the rest the trip was good! :)

Easy booking and just a 2,5 to 3 hours drive to Pai from Chiang Mai. We tried to change seats, because we were at the back of the bus, but the bus was full. Anyway the roads were nice and it was a good driver, so no problem at all.

Overcrowded bus, AC minimal, luggage stored on top of bus in the scorching heat, no curtains in windows which means sun beaming in on me for most of the trip.

Online reservations should allow the customer to chose the seat. Both trips we were seated in the very back with all of the bags.

The backpacks were piled between the seats and were moving against us from side to side in every curve. I don't get why the driver didn't put them on the roof.

I paid more on 12goasia than some people paid at the ticket booth. And I was forced to sit in the back with no headrest, even with priority payment.

Viajamos la furgoneta completa de gente y cargando las maletas dentro, junto a nosotros. Íbamos como el ganado. El conductor fué un poco desagradable pidiendo el ticket para viajar. Durante el trayecto las curvas se hacen pesadas. Mejor dormir o tomar pastillas para el mareo.

I have been in cars and minivans many times, but not often I've been in a minivan with a driver as manic as the one I had today. He treated the minivan like it was my Alfa Romeo Guilletta QV (a car that is made for turning corners and mountains) and did things I wouldn't even dare in my Alfa. Tickets can also be bought at the bus station for 75% of the online price. But furthermore, it was all well. Bus was decent, at bus station in Chiang Mai it was relatively easy to get to the right minivan.
