It was unclear that the driver of the bus was making stops all along HuaHin before arriving to the bus terminal which is very far south of the city itself. This caused me to have to take an expensive (250 baht) taxi back up the beach to HuaHin city center. Not a comfortable ride, and the driver's lack of communication led to unplanned expenses. I would not recommend.

This ride was actually smooth and nice. Very nice driver. Unlike what they write in the reservation, you don't need to buy an extra sit for your suitcase. If your backpack or suitcase are normal sized, they will find a place for them. The AC was a little weak, but ok.

Voyage très bien, on a même pu partir avant l'heure réservé,😅 car arrivé trop tôt au point de rendez-vous.
Il faut être parmi les premiers à monter si vous êtes deux à voyager sinon vous risquez d'être séparé surtout si le bus est rempli dès le départ.
Les places à l'arrière étaient plus spacieuse mais un peu moins confortable à mon goût..... mais j'ai été bercé de ce fait j'ai pu dormir.😁
Il y 1 eu 1arret WC pour qui voulait.
Et le bus a fait plusieurs stop sur la route pour récupérer du monde.
Globalement bien.

Seemless experience, punctual and vas was in good condition.
Could have used with a bathroom stop in 4hrs and some communication around that.
Recommend early trip to bear the traffic.

You get what you pay for. The first hour was wasted because of 5 stops before even leaving the city limits, which was followed by another 5-6 stops en route to Bangkok. The seats are very uncomfortable. That said, it gets you from A to B at a affordable price. Would I book it again? Probably not.

Pick up point was just below Ekkamai station, was very easy to find. The bus left on time as well, although we reached slightly earlier just to be safe. The journey to Hua Hin was smooth as well, 4 hours drive with 1 pit stop.

The bus was clean and comfortable, but the journey took almost 3 and a half hours and they never stopped and let passengers use the restroom. It was too long of a journey for us without a bathroom break, and made the second part of the ride pretty uncomfortable.

Quite an adventure. Van broke down. Engine started making some horrific noise. Driver pulled over, and within 20 minutes found us another van to change to. Very pleasant and helpful. Good driver.

Пришли за 30 минут до выезда, сначала нас игнорировали, потом тоже игнорировали, в итоге через 20 минут очень странного и несвойственного поведения для Тайцев, нам все таки очень нервно и натужно ответили, что надо было приходить за час! Это действительно указанно в билете, тем не менее мы задали простой вопрос - есть ли места в автобусе и на какой парковке он стоит..
В итоге уехали на следующем автобусе, осадочек неприятный((

Die Bedienung an der Busstation war sehr unfreundlich, man schrie mich an, wohin ich dem Busfahrer gehen sollte. Ich bin nicht schwerhörig. Der Fahrer selber war ok.

Nice smooth ride. Constant 90kmh. Even got there early. I was able to tell the driver where to stop for me. Used Amber through 12go. Booked for 10am but got there early and was allowed get the 9am bus. Great service. Even got a cigarette break.

Es fehlte eine genaue Abholzeit für das Hotel in Hua Hin. Die Handhabung für Gepäck ist nicht schlüssig. Fahrweise des Fahrers ok. Gut in Bangkok angekommen.

The trip with the van to Pran Buri took longer than expected and was a bit tiring, but the driver dropped me at the hotel with hardly any extra charge, nice. But very positive was the online support i received from 12go staff called Katy, who was exceptionally supportive and good, going out of her way to make sure that the initial confusion with the trip was resolved, calling the counter and driver at Ekkamai, and even after office hours checking if everything was alright. The trip itself maybe was a 2 or 3 star rating, but Katy certainly deserved a 5 star rating! A reason for me to use 12go.Asia again! Thanks Katy!

On my booking we left earlier that was scheduled which was a plus...the driver made a stop on the side of road and spent which I thought was longer than needed talking to some woman with a pad in her hand...and then gave her cash which she slid into her pocket. Also that van was filthy and had an annoying beeping sound the entire trip. Not the worst but needs improvements all around.

Von wegen eine Stunde früher da sein ! Der Van fährt erst nach der geplanten Uhrzeit ab. Planung im Vorraus auch etwas unübersichtlich, dass man für Gepäck einen extra Sitz buchen muss erfährt man erst nach der eigentlichen Buchung ! Fahrt eher zäh durch mehrfache Stops. Insgesamt aber eine günstigere Art zu reisen, also gesamt beser als mit dem Taxi.

The fact that you have to wait 60 mins + 30 mins(either early or late) when they have your roaming mobile number, makes the additional amount you pay, not worth thw stress. Pay a taxi or sondthaew to your pick up point and pay a quarter for the transfer. In my case, a somgthaew 20 bhat to the train station and 100bhat to Hua Long in Bangkok xx

Value for money. I was 1.5 hour earlier at the station and the van was not fully booked, they asked us if we wanted to board an hour earlier. No fuss.

40 minutes late. Lots of confusion at this bus station and people were not clear on which bus to take. It had seatbelts and the air con was ok. Swervy driving but I think that's just 'bus in Asia' driving. Despite the lateness we made good time. Take travel sickness tablets!

It was fine leaving Hua Hin on time and don’t mind pick up or drop off passengers but on the way back the schedule should leave at 6 but it was delayed 40 minutes, can you imagine sitting in the van do nothing...

The driver didn't drive well. Keep following too near to those car at the front. Sudden brake, sudden speed. Let him go back to driving school again.

This would be 5-star service if the driver was not speeding at 130 km/h most of the way. He shaved 1 full hour off the journey, but he was risking the lives of 12 passengers, and himself, to achieve this. He will consider himself the best driver in the company until that fateful day, because one false move, or one stupid driver in another vehicle, will end everyone’s lives. These drivers think it could never happen to them (God protects them) and it’s a big reason why Thailand is the 2nd most dangerous country in the world, for road fatalities, after Libya. Take a bus instead!

Easy to book, no need to speak Thai and we left 40 minutes earlier as soon as the van was full. It took only 2hours 40 minutes! Super fast! I would recommend to close your eyes and dont even think about checking how the driver drives.... We made a stop near Bangkok to grab something to drink and eat and also go to the bathroom. Cheap, fast, and good service.

I reached the counter at 9:15am (I booked & paid for 10am). Was told I was late & my seat was given to others. Got pushed to 11am. Waited and observed at the platform. The system seems to work like this: if you're a walk-in passenger, you're given a numbered tag. When the van arrives, you board according to numbers, or when the personnel ask you to board (in the case of online booking thru 12Go). And all the passengers who boarded thru numbered tag, paid the driver in cash directly. So they seem to prioritize walk-in passenger who paid cash rather than those who paid in advance.

การจองตั๋วผ่าน 12GO ซึ่งทำการจองล่วงหน้าและมีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ควรจะได้เดินทางตามเวลาที่จองไว้ แต่ในความเป็นจริงไม่ต่างจากการเดินทางมาซื้อหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เลย เพราะมีเงื่อนไขระบุว่าต้องมาถึง ก่อนเวลาเดินทางที่จองไว้ 60 นาที หากมาถึงไม่ทัน 60 นาทีก่อนรถออก ต้องถูกปรับไปเดินทางรอบถัดไป (ทำให้ดูเหมือนการจองผ่าน 12GO และจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วไม่แตกต่างจากการเดินทางมาจองที่เคาน์เตอร์เลย) ซึ่งลูกค้าที่จองผ่าน 12GO ต้องการความแน่นอนของการเดินทางตามเวลาที่ต้องการ และควรมีสิทธิในที่นั่งที่จองไว้จนถึงเวลารถออก เพราะจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว หากมาไม่ทันค่อยนำสิทธิ์ของลูกค้าไปขายต่อหรือ ขยับไปให้คนอื่น

สิ่งที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือ
1.หากจองผ่าน 12Go แล้วและได้ชำระเงินแล้ว ควรจะได้เดินทาง ตามที่จองไว้ แต่บริษัทเดินรถ ก็ไม่กันที่นั่งไว้ให้ผู้จอง 12GO ต้องมาดูหน้างานอยู่ดีว่า มีที่นั่งถึงจะได้ขึ้นรถ
2.ต้องเผื่อเวลา 60 นาทีเพื่อมาถึงหน้าห้องจองตั๋ว ทำให้การจองผ่าน 12GO ไม่ต่างจากการไปจองหน้าห้องจองตั๋ว
3.ในรอบที่เดินทางนี้ มีชาวต่างชาติตัวสูง 195 ซม. ขึ้นจากต้นทางหัวหิน ซ.51 มาขอคนขับนั่งด้านหน้าเพราะตัวสูง แต่คนขับ ขึงขัง ไม่พอใจ ปฏิเสธไม่ยอม และปล่อยที่นั่งด้านข้างคนขับว่าง จนมาแวะรับผู้โดยสาร ที่ชะอำกลับยอมให้ ผู้หญิงคนไทยตัวเล็กมานั่งตำแหน่งดังกล่าว ดูแล้วไม่มีเหตุผล ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ

Transaction with 12go was not a problem.
But the operators were really late.
Our 10am trip was postponed to 1130am.
That's an hour and a half discrepancy.
The thing is, the personnel from the operator were not even apologetic about it.

Wir sind früher als erwartet dort gewesen und auch los gekommen. Auch der Bus war sauber. Nur die Fahrweise des Fahrers war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Left on time and arrived 30 mins earlier than scheduled so no complaints there. Didn't mind the dropping off and picking up of other passengers. However it would be good to have the mid-journey stop at a normal PTT station...one that has a Cafe Amazon - I would have liked a coffee!
