Sehr komfortable Sitze! Einen kleinen Snack und ein kleines Wasser gabs auch. Wir sind schon morgens um 5:45h in Ranong. Mussten dann bis 7:30h auf die Fähre nach Koh Phayam warten.

Pünktliche Abfahrt. Bequeme Sitze mit sehr viel Beinfreiheit. Man bekommt einen kleinen Snack, Wasser und Saft, sowie eine Decke und ein Kissen für die Fahrt. Der Bus macht nach ca. der halben Strecke einen kleinen Stop an einer Raststätte. Waren dann trotzdem schon 1 Stunde vor der geplanten Ankunft am Zielort. Jederzeit wieder.

Molto confortevole il viaggio. Posti molto spaziosi e distanti, personale gentile e a disposizione mettono coperta pulita, cuscino,acqua,biscotti e salviette rinfrescanti. Forse un pochino troppa aria condizionata.

Clean Bus, safe Trip. A lot of Space to sleep and nice Service with water&food. We would recommend it for a longer Trip.

We took the VIP24 by Niomit Tour at 8pm. There are only 24 seats in the bus. Which means: lots of space! The seats are comfortable, you can lay down easily. You get a pillow, blanket, cake and drinks in the beginning of the trip. There's one stop after four hours. We were dropped at khaosan road at 5.30am.

Bus ponctuel, confortable propre, personnel agréable et souriant. RAS seul petit bémol peut être : arrivée à l heure à Ranong mais pas d explications sur les arrêts. Valises bien gardées aucun souci de vol.

Gut organisiert, aber ich bin schon in besseren Bussen gefahren. Die Sitze waren defekt,so auch die Lüftung. Meine bestand nur aus einem Loch und ich konnte sie nicht schließen und musste die Löcher mit Taschentücher stopfen. Die Klimaanlage war auf gefühlte -2 Grad eingestellt. Trotz Pulli,Jacke und langer Hose habe ich gefroren und konnte kaum schlafen. Der Stopp diente nur zum Verkauf von Süßwaren. Richtiges Essen gabs nicht wirklich und dafür hätte auch die Zeit nicht gereicht. Hab ich alles schon besser erlebt. Was mir bei jeder Fahrt bisher gefehlt hat,waren vegetarische Snacks.

Don't know if the road was too bumpy and full of holes or if the bus didn't have good lights so that the driver could see them. No one assisted me with my bag, I kept trying to figure out who would eventually open the trunk so that I could put it inside. Instead, a lady kept unpatiently pointing at the sit where I was supposed to sit, seeing me with the 70L backpack inside the bus and just shouting "you there! You there!". Then she eventually shouted again that the backpack was not allowed upstairs (!!). The description said that food was included but I was given none. I saw some other people with half-a-toast-sized sandwiches and small boxes with 2 mini cupcakes. I took one 2-mini cupcake box from the "shelf" near the paperless toilet (no sandwich left), and people looked at me as if I was stealing food. I thought then (and according to the non-Niomit lady at the Ranong bus terminal) that the real food would be given at the mid-way bus stop, but only passengers from other buses / bus companies had the "free food ticket". With our 20min stop, I doubt any dinner was included, as this was barely enough time to queue for the toilet, let alone sit and eat dinner. Some passenger from the Niomit bus told me in a patronizing tone that "there was plenty of food to buy". Apart from that, the bus was fairly comfortable and arrived punctually.

Sièges très confortables, de la place. On a plutot bien dormi malgré la conduite sauvage. Pas d'info sur l heure d'arrivée. Petit arrêt bouffe plutot sympa compris dans le billet.

Quite comfortable seats but not comfortable enough for a good sleep. Drinks, a snack, a pilow and planket provided. Small lights for reading didn't work. Temperature was fine, not too Col or too hot. Staff was nice but did not understand much English.

Bus is good enough for the money, much room for feet. Service is poor, no information in English, think big part of the customer are not Thai. Transport to pier also not clear, price included or not, even with booking Bus and Speedboat via 12go we must pay. But anyway it worked well.

I had the most uncomfortable overnight journey to Bangkok and feel this could be made into a more pleasant experience if the bus operators actually bothered to fix the things that are supposed to make it a VIP trip. For instance the air conditioning outlets are quite often broken therefore you are left freezing cold with no chance of sleep. The leg rests which are an imperative part of comfort have been broken two out of the three times I have used this service. I expect this somewhere like india but not in Thailand when I'm paying the uk equivalent of £15!!! Not good enough, Niomit. I might as well have got a local bus for the seat I received.

as always - a crazy driver. but that is normal on Thai roads. the bus we got on the way bavk was older than the one before, but still comfortable. did not use the toilett on the second bus, so no opinion.

First, the attendant was rude. She didn't speak english and made me feel like i was bothering her when i asked her questions such as can you tell me when we arrive at the bus terminal because it wasn't announced. The bus was old and smelly and i didn't feel the ac was working well. If I were you i would pay the extra money to avoid what was an horrible experience.

Free bottle of water, Lots of legroom and a pillow and blanked to sleep: perfect!
Toilet was diry. Bus stops a lot of times to pick up peolpe and goods along the way, lights in the bus go on everytime so woke up a lot.

Very nice people at the ticket office. / Woman on the bus did not speak English. Food is not great (sweet bread and muffin) and it was (as usual in hot countries) a bit chilli on the bus but with the blanket it was ok. Easy booking and very helpful people!

Positives: Reasonable price compared to last minute plane ticket
Negatives: Icy cold air blasting my head all night long from vents that could not be closed.
Chinese buses do not raise too much confidence in terms of safety.

Sehr positiv war der Kundenservice per Email, der mir bei einem Problem weiter half. Allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Busse eine deutlichere Kennzeichnung besitzen, da ich momentan immer alle Busse und deren Angestellten fragen muss, ob es sich um meinen Bus handelt.
Außerdem habe ich einen bestimmten Platz gebucht, der auf der Fahrkarte dann aber nicht war, sodass ich wo anders saß.

Leg room was amazing, you have a good meter if not 1.5m in front of you, so you can properly recline your seat, almost horizontally. You get a blanket, a small pillow, a bottle of water and a small pack of snacks. The bus is a bit run down, but nothing dramatic. The weird thing is the stop in the middle of the night at a 24hours restaurant (it was around 12am/1am), where you don't realise how long you have, if you have time for getting food, and it's a bit stressful. Having a sandwich ready with you will make it easier I reckon.

No information about any stops in between and the length of it and about the arrival time. I nearly missed the boat to the Islands.
A bit more conversation between staff and costumers was great! The luggage was handled very rude.

Trip to Ranong from Bangkok was very smooth, comfortable seat, little snack, juice and water, the only flaw that almost ruined it was a water leak it started raining about halfway there and I woke up cause I got rained on. Luckily the bus wasn't full so I switched seat. Thank you for bringing me safe and sound to destination.

Unfriendly crew, no service on board, defunct safety belts, defunct toilet, busdriver smoking in the cabin, too many stops, noisily talking crew prevented us from sleeping. No free meal. The only positive: We arrived safely after all and in time. Don't book at Newmits Tours, others offer better service

we use 12go via niomit every year. Good service, friendly stuff, usefull information from 12go. Traveling in asia sometimes tricky but everytimes it works because Thai staff find suitable solutions.

The bus driver is good-driving and arrive Ranong earlier than estimated. However, seats are not clean and the air-condition is not strong enough.
It should be more well-prepared to become a good selection.

Hey hey ... i am a bit confused. The Lady at the southern Bus Terminal says to me that i had booked for 4 persons... and i think thats the Tessin while i payed around 30€ for the onewayticket... my voucher says 2 persons, ne and my daughter... it will be very nice if you can give me a groupon for the way back from ranong to Bangkok...please let me know if its possible... big greets from kho phayam , Rhiana Riechers
