Where’s the compassion these days! I asked the co-driver to allow me to sit in a vacant seat at the front of the bus after taking off and realizing I was afflicted with motion sickness; I also suffer with Parkinson’s which he didn’t need to know; I simply needed to be at the front which is less rocky. He was having none of it, he said those 2 front seats were ‘theirs’ for their bags and no I could not sit there. That seat remained vacant throughout the entire trip and my journey was quite miserable. Typical British officiousness that I can do without.

Bus was late picking up. The second bus from Victoria to Stanstead was comfortable, well driven. Driver was polite and we arrived on time. On the first leg, Reading to Victoria, in very wet weather, the driver was constantly turning round to talk loudly to her friend, and this felt very unsafe.

The bus from Scarborough did NOT turn up they left me stranded ( rubbish company ) I will never trav. Bus from Leeds was ok good friendly driver but again they didn’t complete my journey that I paid for ? It was from Leeds to Manchester airport ? But it didn’t go to the airport ? It stopped the journey in Manchester City centre so again I was left stranded ( rubbish company ). Scarborough to Leeds didn’t turn up and Leeds to Manchester airport didn’t go to the airport.

A Tale of 2 Stops. The comfortable Ride. Well we were not impressed with the trip to Braintree, Being dumped in the Country side when we expected to arrive in Town. We were lucky that a lady at Tescos which we found by good luck was able to call us a taxi. For our return journey, not wishing to take a taxi ride and risk a long wait in the wilderness with possible bad weather we changed our booking to join the Bus at Stanstead Airport, travelling from Braintree Town centre to Stanstead by Arriva Bus. Although we had to wait longer for the bus to arrive at Stanstead at least we were under cover with the chance of refreshments. I think you should inform Customers that Braintree town is some mile and a half from the bus stop.

friendly driver, pretty smooth ride. 1) Wifi not working. Real annoying when traveling from abroad (Heathrow bus!!). Time set aside to do emails: not possible. Contacting people I am on the way: not possible.. 2) seat belt was nearly suffocating me.

DRIVER and bus company are excellent also happy from the staff which I had phone call to find out my problem with my tickets. thanks. The website which I take the ticket on website from broadstairs to LONDON Victoria for 2 adult and one child one way has £20 . I pay £40 for return tickets I tried to contact to see what happened and email me just one way ticket but no one answered . Sorry because never I give bad reviews , I'm not happy. https://getbybus.com.

Poor customer service. journey was comfortable. There had been an accident on the M25 which had affected the tunnel apparently at 3pm and had caused a backlog. I arrived at the central bus station early, 17:00hrs and enquired about switching to an earlier coach. I was advised of the above and asked to go to terminal 5 as buses were not coming through. I sought updates from the National express staff there who kept saying the bus is on its way, at one point I was told it was "around the corner". It finally arrived at 20:15hrs. If I had been made aware of the substantial delay, I would have made alternative arrangements. Accidents will happen but keeping passengers updated with accurate information in a timely manner would go a long way o making a bad situation bearable.

No problem. The driver was very professional and kind. Nothing was any trouble even when a woman was moaning because she should have got an earlier bus and worried about missing her flight. He reassured her REPEATEDLY and kept calm. This way at 8.50 and her flight wasn’t until 10.30 !! It wasn’t easy !! The moaning Minnie !!

Mostly pretty good. Bus arrived at destination close to the time it said it would. Signposting for national express services could be a little clearer, as someone who hadn't gone from that stop before it took me a little while to find the correct stop.

Unfortunately, I lost 11 GBP due to a very poor service of the company. First, the website does not function as it should - I wanted to book a return ticket Luton-London-Luton and I only chose the journey to London thinking I would have time for choosing the bus back later. Unfortunately, the system confirmed a randomly chosen time on the day of my travel back and that is what I discovered I paid for - not the ticket from Luton Airport to London. I immediately wrote to the company (8th of December), then twice before my journey back, and finally I had to book another ticket with another company and I did not get a reply until now (22nd December). At Victoria Station I asked a driver if he could take me to Luton at a different time based on the ticket I had for later that day. Obviously, he didn't want to do that and did not do. I definitely do not recommend the company. They just totally ignore passengers.

Was a terrible experience i lost my flight that cost me £550.00. It's was a crash in the journey to Heathrow aioport I said to the driver that I had an internagional flight at 20:30 and that journey was ment to get me to the aiorport at 17 pm ,the driver didn't look for options and when he drop in the aiorport was already 19:50 and I lost my flight and the cost of 550.00 ,never gonna use this company again.

Overall OK. Driver was professional and attentive to passengers. The charging facility did not work. There was rubbish on my spot.

Awful ride. The bus ride was awfull. I have never met that kind of rude driver. He was unpleasant and really offensive. He didnt answer my queation about when the bus is leaving ,he just turn his head. The whole bus smelled on urin from the toilet. He was driving really fast and always complaining he has to make it home before its to late.

Worst experience out of all bus company. My bus has arrived 31 minutes late for its departure time. This is completely ruined my whole journey and its totally unacceptable. The driver has not explained anything just carried on like it was a normal thing. Also caused me massive stress as I nearly missed my flight.

We did arrived with more than 30mn delay and got no information at all during all the journey. To get information in case of delays or any troubles during the trip.
