Die Fahrt an sich war super entspannt, allerdings sind wir 2 Stunden später angekommen als angegeben, also nichts von Express Bus zu spüren. Ausreise aus Vietnam hat Ewigkeiten gedauert, Einreise ziemlich schnell und ohne 1 Dollar Servicegebühr

The trip was really good the only negative was the buses turning up 30mins late full of passengers that needed to board and the driver constantly beeping his horn for 6 hours so if you going to do this journey bring earphones or earplugs

Wo do they charge 5$ extra for the visa on arrival when they don't do anything? Wow you give the customer the forms, but we can pick them up at the border itself for free.

Pick up point sent on email wrong (103 Sisowath Street). Paid for a TukTuk hostel to pick up point, was there by 1:15 pm so 1 hours and 15 minutes ahead of schedule, and the people at the desk said that I had to go to the bus terminal. So I had to pay another TukTuk. Really unprofessional

No complaints on Mekong Xp. I booked a bus for 17h30, but there wasn't a bus at 17h30, only 14h30. Lucky I asked welk before. But I never got a cancellation message from 12go..

The bus is to old n the air con not to cool, but not to bad for the cheaper bus, it still worth. Even old but the bus is clean n the driver very friendly

Not the VIP bus expected,9 seats but a 32 seat bus with poor aircon broken arm rests and we had to turn back twice when the driver missed pickups. One and a half hours late.

In Cambodia we had finally Wi-Fi.
Before the border was a lady who spoke English
At the border they helped us with the Visa procedure.

The buses have poor air conditioning system which makes the trip uneasy. In addition to this, the restaurants for stop over are not clean and accommodating.

Breakfast was a nice touch but the bus was two hours later than expected time of arrival. Our passports were taken off us at the border and the whole process was very easy.

Driver was so kind, polite and helpful! Driving was smooth but fast. Was able to reach Baver border from Phnom Penh in just 3 hours safely!

Der Bus war sauber und das Buspersonal sehr freundlich. Am Grenzübergang hat alles problemlos geklappt, wirkte alles sehr professionel. Die Sitze waren bequem und die Beinfreiheit in Ordnung. Die Lüftung war auf Dauer sehr kühl und konnte nicht verändert werden. Wir hatten 1.5h Verspätung obwohl alles reibungslos ablief.

We left and arrived on time. Our helper on the bus was very friendly and she handles our visa process very quick and easy! I have heard mixed comments about taking the bus but it wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t get food but we got free bottled water and had a stop for lunch on the way.

Comfy clean bus, left on time and arrived in Phom Pehn almost on time. Not a lot of leg room but that’s expected. There was one stop for 20 minuets at a place that had a toilet and sold food. This is the second time we have used Mekong express and would happily use them again.

Stewart was really good and helpful. Bus is old and dirty. Not comfortable, air con not really functional, it took 8 hours to get to Phnom Penh. My suggestion is that they make a stop at the Phnom Penh city centre before the final stop.Buses are going through there anyway and you don't have to deal with traffic twice

Alles hat super funktioniert. Wir wurden sogar beim Hotel abgeholt, der Bus war sauber, pünktlich, man lernt beim Fahren das Land ein bisschen besser kennen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We arrive 6.30am at the boarding then while there's still time we had our breakfast nearby. We went back by 7.25 but the staffs approach us unpolitely that we are the only one they're waiting. Is 7.25 late ? Is so, why is it in the note that people should be flexible with time? Also, we had 14hrs trip from siem reap to ho chi minh and they only give us 2 sets of bread. We were expecting to have heavy meal. But there is none.

Wonderful service. Roomy bus. Comfortable and clean. They ensure that you will be able to cross the country's border without a hitch making it easy for everyone : all nationalities and accompanying them through the checkpoint. Water, 2 Danish pastries and good WiFi. Good price

Отличный сервис: приятный вежливый водитель, вода и влажная салфетка, две остановки для туалета. Границу очень быстро перешли. От Пном Пень до Хошимина около 6,5 часа вся дорога. Один минус - вай фай работал с перебоями.

The website wasn't very clear that we would be on a mini bus for the first part of the journey and then move to a big bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Bus seats is Asia just aren't made for a broad shouldered westerner! The arrival time was about 3 hours later than what the website advised and also the wifi was not working on the mini bus or the big bus (it was advertised with wifi). Overall the journey was fine but perhaps the info was a bit misleading...

The trip was advertised as 5h (that is why we picked this company) and it took 6h instead... there was a break for lunch (not advertised) and we wanter to visit some sites on our destonation before they would close and it made it impossible...

The staff on th bus could not speak english. He only said two words during the 6.5 hour journey: passport and toilet. He was not service minded and did not tell us about the routines at the border.

We already booked severale trips with 12goasia and had good and bad expiriences. This time the busses and the service was very good exept for the promises who where made on the Ticket. We bought an Express Ticket from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh, Expectet Time 10 h. In Pnom Phen we had to chance the Bus and wait for 1,5h. Two times we had a stop to eat and arrived after 14h in Ho Chi Minh. When we talked to the Hostess about the duration of the trip she had to laught and told us that there is no Bus who takes only 10h. So why 12goasia sell this ticket for a more expensive price then the normal bus, which we had to take? Again disapointed!

Nichts zu beanstanden. Die Abfahrt ab Siem Reap war absolut puenktlich, die Ankunftszeit in Phnom Penh allerdings nach 7 Uhr bei einer fahrplanmaessigen Ankunftszeit von 17:30. Ich wuerde dem Operator empfehlen die Ankunftszeit etwas realistischer anzugeben.

Mise a part que nous somme arrivé avec 2h de retard prévu car la circulation au départ et a l'arrivé est presque impossible... Sinon le voyage a été très bien, on a eu une bouteille d'eau, un croissnt, une madelaine...

Images differ from real bus. Space is not enough for European guys. Would definitely pick another option next time. Not stating anywhere that that bus leaves from different place than the one on voucher. We arrived at the address 15 minutes before departure and was told we must go to the place from where the bus goes. In a hurry we took tuk tuk while asking the stuff where to go. They knew they have other people waiting at the same place for the same bus, loading them to a shuttle, but they didn't tell us. They didn't care. Just let us pay for tuk tuk and then wait for others coming by the shuttle. Big disappointment.

They need to update the part where you choose your seats. I chose a seat that didn't exist in the picture, but rather got the very uncomfortable seat between the driver and front passenger. The seat I chose was in the back row, but it did not exist. Why portray something inaccurate? Also, not many people in my van enjoyed the place where they required us to stop as it was extremely local food. I would recommend stopping at "The Stop" which was directly 2-3 restaurants down where it can meet everyones needs.

The bus is so old so many stops that results 13hours of travel time from Ho Chi Minh but the guide is very helpful.

Not a bad trip albeit not a "limousine" experience as they market it. It certainly didn't have the leg room for it. Despite being a steady ride, the bus could have been on the allocated time of 5 hours if it didn't stop for some pointless snack place immediately after border customs. If snacks are provided and we already stopped at the border, then what is the point? It just slowed everything down.

Poor condition coach nothing like the pictures! The seats were far too narrow for a normal human (I'm only 74kg) but leg room was ok. The driver hit and killed a dog on the journey and nobody seemed to care and he didn't stop, just laughed. The bus stopped for 15 minutes in a random town and we were ordered off the bus but given no help or direction - no toilets etc. Aircon was weak but better than nothing. No wi-fi as we were told though!
