Speedboat from Koh Lipe to Pakbara Pier was fine, on time and smooth travel. Van from Pakbara to Kong Ka pier in Krabi was also good, on time and good driver. The problem came with speedboat from Kong Ka pier in Krabi to Ton Sai pier in Phi Phi: first speedboat company Arisa departed from pier and had to come back due to storm. They didn't give us any info apart from coming back next day and try with another company named Kanichta which at the next day was not operating. We had to switch to ferry (slower, takes 2h) but at least we didn't have to pay again. Bad experience with speedboats in Kong Ka pier.

Die Abfahrt von Koh Lipe war pünktlich, aber die Bootstour war nach einer Stunde bereits beendet, als wir das Festland erreichten. Niemand da, der einen informierte, dass man sich im Ort beim Veranstalter einchecken musste. Nach 6 1/2 Stunden trafen wir dann endlich in Ao Nang ein, aber mein gebuchter Hoteltransfer war für die Katz, weil unser Hotel außerhalb von Ao Nang lag. Ich hatte dies auch angegeben, aber keine Reaktion im Vorfeld bekommen. Also nochmal
500 Baht fürs Taxi ins Hotel bezahlt. Für den Rückweg das gleiche, weshalb ich den Trip zum Flughafen storniert habe. Insgesamt war ich dieses Mal nicht begeistert von 12Go. Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass der Transfer komplett auf dem Wasser laufen würde, also über Koh Lanta nach Ao Nang.

Got to Koh Lanta 3 hours late. The ferry got caught in a storm and people everywhere were getting sick. Definitely caught them on a bad day, but why list 5.5 hours if you know it’ll take closer to 8?

Everything went smoothly. First speedboat from Lipe to Pak Bara. When we arrived the taxi/mini van was waiting. From there to Krabi , the trip was easy and when in Krabi the driver fixed the ticket to the boat. Great service.

The speedboat was fine. However, the shuttle bus transportation company Marinee Travel dis not come to meet us at the pier. We had to call the company and asked where to go. Other companies were receiving their customers at the pier.

This mini van driver has friendly and helpful. One of the best drivers I've ever had in Thailand over the last 15 years.
With the speedboat we had to change boats due to engine problems. It wasn't a hassle.

Boat transport was on time and great. Van was awful. No instructions where to meet. Van was over booked, and my wife had to sit on the small console seat in front with no seat belt. Very uncomfortable for a long ride. AC was very poor.
The driver was nice.

Each ride s as tvfull capacity packed in like sardines. Speed boat ride was extremely rough. Maybe weather and waves but constant banging ya around with hard impact at high speed . Van was very crowded and confused at station who should go wherev

Speedboat was all good but the minivan situ was bad. Hardly any room in the minivan, driving was incredibly dangerous and aggressive, plus we overshot a turning by 20 miles and had to turn around adding about 30-40 mins to our journey. We were then swapped into another vehicle in the middle of a highway - also insane driving - where we had so little leg room I had to sit sideways. Felt very unsafe at moments

I admired boat drivers. With heavy wind, they still drove and were in time, even if our engine broke. But they fixed it quickly (seems like it wasn't the first time). For safety reasons I think safety vests should be mandatory for everyone, it wasn't quite communicated.

The trip itselfwas fine, but the lack of a detailed itinery makes it more difficult and stressful.
It would have been useful to know that when leaving the boat one has to make one's way to the operator's office (nobody meets or guides you) abd also that one has to change buses and re-check in. It is very confusing to be kicked off one bus without knowing why orwhat to do next!
Fortunately drivers and staff are helpful, despite language barriers.
But really, I think 12go should provide a detailed itinerary so that passengers know whatto expect and where to go.

The boat and van operators were great. Checkin was quick. We left the dock about 15 minutes late but made it to the airport in about 3.5hrs from leaving the island. It was a bit difficult to find the location of the van Checkin area, but eventually was able to find it after about an 8 minute walk to across the street of the 7-11. The boat is not in any way comfortable, but that is to be expected. The van had AC and was comfortable.

The trip took the expected time. The driver picked us up on time at our hotel, and the team at the Pakbara office was very helpful. We even had some time to buy a snack before boarding the boat to Koh Lipe.

The transfer pick up in our hotel with others passangers, we were 7. The travel took 4.30hours and then we pick the speed boat for 1.30hours and we arrive. Everything was perfect and on time.

We got a speedboat to Pakbara pier from Koh Lipe, then got in a minivan, then after an hour they told us to get into another guys car at the service station who then took us to a minivan station. Got into another minivan where the driver kept picking up friends/their parcels on the way and then after an hour or two, pulled over on the side of a motorway and told us to get into another guys car who took us to the port where we got the ferry to Samui. Was an interesting experience that kept us on our feet due to zero information about the route and vehicles involved until the the moment of the switches. Got to Samui almost 2 hours later than stated but was fine as had nothing planned. Everyone involved was very friendly and the journey was pretty comfortable overall. Note the speedboat was rocky and people were sick but only lasted 1.5 hours. Overall would recommend.

My journey from Ao Nang to Koh Lipe went absolutely smoothly. Everything was perfectly organized: I was picked up on time at my hotel in Ao Nang, and the transfer to the pier was comfortable and stress-free. Upon arrival, the staff was ready to assist with luggage and provide clear instructions about the boat ride.
The boat trip itself was well managed, with helpful staff, clear information, and everything running exactly on schedule. I felt well taken care of throughout the journey. Upon arrival at Koh Lipe, staff were again there to help with luggage and guide us through immigration and onto the beach.
Overall, a perfect and worry-free experience. I would highly recommend this route from Ao Nang to Koh Lipe to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free transfer to paradise.

Operator took us the First part of the yourney by Privateshuttle but then dropped us Off at thang to wait over 90 minutes for second minibus. Arrival was Not at 3:30 PM like adviced but at 6:15 PM instead

We booked a trip from Koh Lipe to Phuket. The speedboat from Koh Lipe to Pak Bara Pier was great - no issues at all. Yet when you get to Pak Bara you have no idea where the van to Phuket is located (no directions are given before hand and no-one meets you at Pak Bara). After you find the van yourself, you’re squished into a van with packages that are dropped off on the journey. A few hours into the trip we were also asked to leave the van at a bus stop and told a different van would pick us up in 30 minutes. We arrived to Phuket over an hour late due to the number of stops on the way to pick up (drop off) packages and other stops for unclear reasons. We weren’t given any water or food during the entire 10 hour journey (there was 1 stop at 7-11 for us to buy our own food/water).
Overall, poor communication and not a great experience for a long journey

The shuttle service after arriving at Pak Bara Pier was really bad. The supplier arranged a private car at first, and let the six of us and six large luggages squeeze together. After the strong protest of the other four passengers, they changed to a mini van and changed cars at an unknown gas station. It was really unbelievable.
