Les sièges étaient confortable et tout c’est bien passé. Pensez à prendre gilet et petit plaid pour être à l’aise car la Clim est à fond il fait donc froid si vs ne prévoyez rien

I paid for First class support but found out that it was no differece to any other customer on this trip. Not a big deal, but why to pay money for nothing

The bus departed one hour later than scheduled time. Together with the weekend jam, I barely made it on time for the last ferry into penang island, and suffice to say, I totally couldn’t show up for an important appointment. The driver/driver companion was smoking in the bus, and since my seat was right in front, it was super uncomfortable for me. I also had to pee, and told them about it early, but since the nearest petrol station was a bit inconvenient for them to stop, they asked me to wait even longer until they reached a nearby rest stop. Not my best bus experience…

Bus was late and we did additional stops, so in total we were more than 1h late. They didn’t make their announcements in english

Delayed departure, last minute change of platform but a comfy ride and arrived on time plus the train was across the road .. so easy.

Delay at departure with no information in station. Bus was not so clean (rest of food on my seat). No electric plug,(only usb). No wifi. No information on board from the driver to inform on the duration of the stop. Not recommanded.

Comfortable. Safe driver. 30 mins stop on the way. Clean bus. Very efficient service Left depot on time. Arrived at destination on time.

Should have arrived at 8pm, arrived at 11.30pm Bus was freezing cold, had two shirts, a buff, a jacket and long pants on and still was freezing.

The driver was driving really fast, we didn’t feel safe. Also, on the ticket it was indicated an arrival to Mersing arround 7:30 AM, but the bus arrive at 3:30 AM. So, it will be better to indicate the réal time of arrival at the stop/destination choosen.

A rough and somewhat dangerous driving style. The driver was using his cell phone on social media while driving, which is irresponsible for his job and the passengers. We were supposed to arrive at our destination at 9:00, but we arrived at 5:00. I think that's enough to explain the speed the driver was driving.

the bus drivers were very nice. The bus arrived 1.5 hours late (I think that's always the case here). Also, you couldn't sleep because the bus stopped so many times and the lights were turned on every time. I would have really liked to sleep because the bus drove completely overnight.

Es war wirklich überraschend entspannt und gut. Würde ich jederzeit wieder so machen. Man hat seine Ruhe und viel Platz. Kann die Augen zu machen und muss sich um nichts kümmern. Wir kamen leider mit einer Stunde Verspätung ab, haben wir aber verkraften können.
