They give you the choice to choose your seat but they wont tell that the bottom seats are really uncomfortable and old, and the top ones are new.

Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of leg room and reclining seats with calf rests. Even with the included blanket it was a little bit too cool for me but others didn't seem to mind.

I wouldn’t recommend taking the nightbus. Very noisy and shaky ride. Bus stops on the way tonlet other people in. Prepare for a ride with no sleep.

+ New bus with a screen in each seat with games and movies.
- The AC was too high despite that we told them to turn it off or down. We couldn't sleep because of the cold, I took all the blankets I found on the bus and still freezing.
+/- You have a free meal with your ticket but no one tells you about it.

There was an annoying passenger sitting behind us, who was playing his movie loud so we didn't get to sleep that night... please make sure you put a note that everybody has to use his headphones. For the rest the places where good.

The bus was on time and we arrived earlier than scheduled (most importantly).. but the seats were really uncomfortable.

Super Organisation, guter Preis, bequeme schlafsessel, sicherer ruhiger Fahrer. Eine gute Sache um ein paar 100 Kilometer,,,, auch in der Nacht ... zu bewältigen

Wollte eigentlich den Nachtzug nehmen, der war aber leider schon ausgebucht. Der Bus kostet nur die Hälfte, ist schneller und Verpflegung gibt es auch noch. Ich war positiv überrascht und ich würde jederzeit wieder den Bus nehmen.

Very convenient busride. Seats were comfortable, driver was considerate and there was water, a snack and a free meal at the middle of our journey. If only they wouldn't love their aircon so much, so bring something to wear. It gets really cold, even with their blankets.

Great first time for us! We got coconut cookies, water and chocolat soymilk. There were 2 drivers and they both drove very confident and easily. It was raining very hard, but we felt safe while driving. The steward gave us a blanket and we slept okay.

The coach itself was fine, however we were secluded to arrive in Bangkok approx 06:30 therefore we made arrangements for around that time. When the coach arrived into Bangkok it was two hours early and after waking us up abruptly the driver of the bus then began shouting for us to hurry up and get off.

Busreis was good. We got a blanket, bus still the airco was really cold inside. So put on Some socks and a long jeans. We were arrive a little before expected time.

Der Fahrer des Busses raste durch die Nacht, so dass wir zwei Stunden zu früh am Ziel waren. Der Komfort im Bus war ok ich konnte schlafen

We arrived more than 1h early at 5 am with everything closed, my plans were based on your schedule and its not so difficult to respect that, is it?
Also, no stops in a 10h VIP trip (not express) and only some cookies to eat... We're not items: I would know if I take the express but the vip should either stop or provide All the basics (yes, food is basic)
This was the 19.30 bus from chiang mai to bkk on the 4th of May. I wasn't to know if this is bad management or the staff just wanted to finish early without casting about the passengers

Wir haben die Busstation erst nicht gefunden und der Bus hat einfach auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir mit Verspätung eingetroffen sind. Für einen Reisebus recht guter Komfort, die Klimaanlage halt viel zu kalt also lieber nen Pulli mehr mitnehmen

War sehr pünktlich und waren sogar 1h früher in Chiang Mai, jedoch waren der Snack, welcher aus roten Bohnen und irgendwas bestand nicht so lecker, aber das liegt wohl im Auge des Betrachters. Nachts hält man an einer Raststätte an der man umsonst fann ein warmes Essen wie zb checken Rice bekommt. War etwas eng im Bus. Würde daher die letzte Reihe empfehlen, da hier noch etwas mehr Beinfreiheit ist.

Very comfortable, nicest bus I've ever been on. The seats had a massage function and blankets we're provoded. It arrived an hour early. Snacks provided and there's a stop at a shop. Air conditioning quite strong, would recommend a scarf or something.

4 von 5 Sternen. Abzug gibt's für die kalte Klimaanlage, ließ sich aber in der Pause durch das schließen der Stauräume (da sind noch mal extra Düsen) beheben, und die etwas zu frühe Ankunftszeit. Auch das Entrainment Programm lässt zu wünschen übrig (paar Filme auf Thai, zwei internationale Musikalben aus 2012). Bis auf die drei Punkte aber sonst eine hervorragende Möglichkeit zu reisen. Die Fahrt war - soweit es die Straßen erlauben - sanft, die Sitze sind sehr bequem, die Verpflegung gut und das Personal freundlich.
Vielleicht noch wichtig für den ein oder anderen: wer gerne etwas alkoholische trinken würde, sollte sich vorher eindecken. Auf dem großen Busbahnhof in Bangkok als auch im Laden während der Pause werden keine alkoholische Getränke verkauft.

The chairs were comfortable and they give you a bottle of water and some snacks. The only reason I took off a star is because they kept turning the lights on every few hours, so I didn't get much sleep. A sleep mask will do the trick next time!

Pünktlich losgefahren, Snacks wurden bereitgestellt. Sehr angenehmer Fahrstil und 2 Stunden schneller angekommen als geplant. Perfekt :) immer wieder gerne

Staff was nice, bus was on time (even arrived before stated arrival time), seats comfortable, we got some food and drinks but air conditioning was way too cold.

Покупали билет класса vip, по факту это мало похоже на vip. Стюарт в автобусе не внимателен к пассажирам, из еды дали соевое молоко которое невозможно пить, булочку и воду. В салоне автобуса не работали кнопки вызова стюарта, не работал USB вход и не было возможности зарядить телефон, держатель для ног фиксировался только в нижней точке. Ещё раз, это не vip и денег он этих не стоит.

Sehr pünktliche Abfahrt & früher als geplant am Ziel. Entertainment-Programm hätte auf Englisch sein können (Filme). Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Die Fahrt war angenehm und sind pünktlich in Bangkok losgefahren und sogar 1 1/2 früher in Chang Mai angekommen.

Super pünktliche Abfahrt, freundliches Personal und die Bein Freiheit war sehr gut. Nur die Klimaanlage war einfach zu kalt eingestellt.. Die decken sind leider zu dünn, also mehrere Schichten drüber ziehen und ggf Schal mit nehmen. Das andere, wie waren 1,5 Stunden zu früh da, was schlecht ist, wenn man morgens ankommt und erst gegen 14 Uhr einchecken kann... Deswegen 3 Sterne

Perfekter Trip. Sehr sauberer Bus, freundliches Personal, super bequeme Sitze & unkomplizierter Ablauf. Mit Beinfreiheit wie im Business class Flieger. Einziges "Manko": wir waren ca 2,5 Std früher am Ziel....

Everything I expected and more. Lots of leg room , the operators didn’t really say much but we kind enough. We were provided with snacks and drinks. Made a stop to use restroom and grab some food. They provide u with a blanket it does get cold. Trip was on time.

Everything about the trip seemed to would hav been nice, entertainment tablets with movies etc, snacks, more than enough leg room. However, about 1 hour in the bus broke down and we had to wait for a replacement bus for like 2 hours. The new bus wasn't as premium as the intended but could still sleep through the trip. I'm guessing we were just unlucky and as I said everything seemed very good. Also, the A/C makes it freezing so bring some warm clothes.

Fantastic driver who managed to drive through a torrential monsoon. Air conditioning was fantastic and strong. Complementary water and biscuits. Voucher for tasty food at halfway point. Even entertainment system with games like angry birds and USB connection to charge phone. Overall I am incredibly pleased with this company, service was good and even the staff at reception desk were really nice and helpful. 10/10 A+++

Doesn't really get better for a coach trip. There was even wifi! The seats go almost all the way back and there are blankets. Managed to get a few hours decent sleep!

The bus arrived 30 mins before the schedule even though it was about 30 mins late at departure. We had a pleasant trip with water, snack, juice, and the seat had enough space to stretch our leg. But it's quite cold at night with the blanket they gave. USB was fine to charge our phone. They stopped one time in the mid-way.
In general, i would recommend to travel with Lignite Tours.
