Mit bisschen Vertrauen, da der Fahrer Sekundenschlaf hatte, ging es. Übermüdete Fahrer sind aber ein generelles Problem in Thailand. Man fühlt sich dann leider sehr hilflos. Er hätte ja problemlos eine Pause machen können - Zeit war genug und wenn man für 11 Menschen verantwortlich ist...
Speedboat mach Koh Tao war dann sehr gut, die Mitarbeitenden super freundlich und die Kommunikation lief perfekt.

Abholung per Minivan, dann zu einem Sammelpunkt gebracht, von dort mit dem Reisebus bis zur Fähre. Dort nochmal 45 min Wartezeit, es gab einen Kiosk und Toiletten. Fähre war zügig.

Es war unsere allererste Fahrt mit einer Fähre. Das Schiff ist nicht das jüngste. Es gab an jedem Sitzplatz Rettungswesten. Die See war ruhig. Unser und andere Koffer lagen auf dem Oberdeck im Freien. Das Personal hat bischen bei den Koffern geholfen.

Alles super organisiert. Bus und Fähre pünktlich. Man wurde auf der Fähre auch mit Fahrgästen von anderen Zielen zusammen gebracht, jedoch war aufgrund von unterschiedlich farbener Sticker alles super organisiert. Empfehlenswert!

Es wurde kein Pier, woran man sich orientieren konnte, angegeben.
Hoteltransfer fand erst bei eigener Anreise zu Treffpunkt statt.
Treffpunkt war dabei falsch gesendet!

We were waiting with our bags in the hwat so they let us on the boat earlier, gave us some water and made us feel very comfortable. The boat looked very new, with clean and fresh life jackets and no dirt. This was the 10th speedboat we took, but by far the best. The journey itself was very calm and relaxed. I would have wanted to know earlier that this company is so amazing, then I would have booked them all the time.

Pickup was on time, friendly driver, van was comfortable.
Drop off at Lomprayah office, handout of bus and boat tickets went smoothly.
Bus travel was quite comfortable, the A/C was just right (I'm always afraid of too cold A/Cs.)
Boat boarding is a bit chaotic for me, everybody is rushing in, blocking seats, and the second destination passengers, who come a bit later, don't find seats next to each other.
Sure, assigning seat numbers would be too much effort, but at least, please tell people when boarding, that absolutely EACH AMD EVERY seat is fully booked... No 2-in-a-3-row allowed!
The catamaran drive itself, was nice. When the weather is fine, and you have plenty of sunscreen, go on top 👍
If you prefer air conditioned, stay inside...

Overall the trip was value for money, however it would have been nice to have a toilet stop before the bus journey and to be able to have something to eat on the bus. Great to have all the different forms of transport to do the trip organised for us.

Very well organised, changed vehicules a few times but never had a problem.
Getting on the ferry in Surath Thani seemed a bit chaotic but there were just many people travelling.
Relax, enjoy the trip and trust the service but always stay observant :-)

We wait in the bus almost half hour not knowing what’s going on. Our boat was delayed almost 3h, nobody could tell us why, the boarding was one big chaos, the staff don’t have any sign telling which group is boarding, after 15 minuts they get a sign telling who is going into boat. A lot of children waiting in line crying. The boarding took almost 45 minutes.

Ferry left on time. Arrived on time in Krabi. Then we heard that we needed to get off the ferry and to the taxi. We and our companion travellers did not know this. It was not mentioned at booking. Nobody told us. We were kicked off the boat. Taxi driver was very stressed and was yelling at us that we needed to hurry up. Seriously? Sorry, bad experience over all.

Hard to find. The people behind the desk’s kept saying “wait wait” or “go over there” and then pointing us in direction of a wrong boat.. Luckily, we didn’t go.
5 minutes before leaving, we finally found a man who helped us in the right direction of our boat.
