Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

Bus was comfortable to sit on, seats reclined well. However, legs especially knees & feet end up hurting and aching because of how you’re laid/ sat - making it very difficult to get in a comfortable sleeping position.
Would recommend overall, it was surprisingly quick for a 12hr journey, there weren’t any issues & can’t argue with price either. USB ports on bus do eventually work once you’d been travelling for a bit too.

Bad things : we were suppose to wait from 5 am to 9 am for our bus connection …..
Good things :
The bus is really nice… seats are large and very confortable.
The bus staff is really nice as well
When we had to change buses, the staff there were also very very nice. And even found us a second bus early

It was very very cold. Some ppl ask attendant to make it less cold but nothing changed. To go to koh phangan you have: sleeping bus, then you change for a normal bus, and then you have something like tuk tuk at the end.

Everything was absolutely on time! The personnel is great and cheerful. The bus is a bit old but still very comfortable for the long trip. So I am satisfied. Especially if thinking about a dirty cheap price :)

The seats were uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked all the time on full and it was cold. The blankets were too small for a tall person. We were dropped off at some station and waited for the next bus. The employee didn't speak English, so for an hour we didn't know what we were there for. Best situation, a small bus takes us to the ferry, we drive 5 minutes, the driver stops at a magazine and disappears for a good 20 minutes without a word. wtf?

Ожидала, что будет прямой автобус до Донсака и паром. По факту высадили в Сураттани и потом подъехал минивэн. В Натон прибыли в 9-30 (на 8ч пароме). А так, место в автобусе довольно удобное, даже удалось немного поспать!

La première partie du voyage, de bangkok à surathanie était très bien, mais la deuxième partie, de surathanie à khao lak c'était un bus normal, sans toilettes et complet, il y avait même des personnes debout.il faisait énormément d arrêt, je suis arrivé une après l'heure prévue. Mais le voyage s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. J aurai mis 4 si le deuxième bus etait comme le premier.

Автобус хороший: чисто, удобные кресла и самое главное было, где подзарядить телефон. Сразу на сидениях лежали пледы и подушки. Спать было очень комфортно. Принесли воду, сок и булочку, утром ещё дали влажные салфетки, чтобы умыться. Во время остановки очень вкусно кормили в ресторане. Пересадка прошла очень быстро. Вообщем от поездки остались только положительные впечатления!!!

จอดรายทางบ่อยมาก ไม่มีทีวีส่วนตัว ต้องลงจากรถบัสเพื่อต่อรถตู้ไปดอนสัก (มันค่อนข้างเหนื่อยนะ เวลานอนไม่เต็มอิ่ม) ราคาสูงเมื่อซื้อทาง12Go.asia เพราะราคาหน้าตั๋วมันเป็นอีกราคานึง แต่เราจ่ายแพงกว่าราคาหน้าตั๋วเกือบ 200 บาท ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อทางเว็บนี้

Комфортно добрались из Бангкока на Самуи
Автобус хороший, но немного потрепанный. Раздают сок, воду и булочку. С утра кофе.
Есть туалет в автобусе.
Плед и подушку выдали, чтобы было удобно спать
Через 4 часа после отправления была остановка минут на 20, где бесплатно покормили рисом с различными добавками. Было вкусно, хотя как-то странно в 12 ночи кормить, когда все спали :)
Через 10 часов на этом автобусе пересадили на другой поменьше, на нем с остановками какими-то доехали до пирса. В целом нормально :)
Далее 2 часа на пароме спокойно и без происшествий.
В целом поездка комфортная. Долгая, но комфортная!

We enjoyed the trip although in the bus the temperature was freezing and the air/co was working at the fullest and they offered a snack and a beverage but there was only an option so in my case I couldn’t enjoy it as I wasn’t able to eat or drink what given. One of the small tv was nos working. The timetable was perfect.

Office was very difficult to look for and women in the office did not know a word of English. The bus supposed to arrive at 4:30 came at 6pm and then dropped us off at a bus station where we had no idea what or why we were there. We were told to exit the bus and catch a new one (we were not told what bus to catch) & the bus almost left with our luggage still onboard it!! After being told to get on 3 different buses a lady who knew where we were going finally fixed the problem. We get on the bus at 8pm and head to the Donsat pier. On the way we were once again asked to leave the bus and not explained as to why. We stood outside a ladies house in Surat Thani until finally a van appears to pick us up to take us to the pier. We were told the ferry was at 8am but it wasnt until 11am. Overall a very messy and confusing 18 hours of travel.

Tolle Fahrt obwohl wir unser 15 Monate altes Kind dabei hatten. Viel Platz im Bus.
Auf der Fähre gibt es einen klimatisierten Raum und der Shuttle Service ab Hafen zum Hotel funktionierte ebenfalls super. Alles im allen eine tolle Alternative zum Flugzeug!

Premiere fois que je voyage dans un bus aussi luxueux ! Beaucoup d’espace, sièges confortable en cuir, dont le dossier peut descendre quasiment jusqu’à l’horizontale, et sans déranger la personne derrière! couverture et oreiller ainsi que nourriture donnés, personnel agréable, repose pieds.. ah oui, j’allais oublié : le siège à une option massage !

Pague 1050 bath por el viaje pensado que no quedarían plazas y al llegar a la estación el mismo viaje salia por casi 300 bath menos.
Se suponía que eran 14 horas de viaje y en total fueron 20 largas , el personal no habla nada de inglés y a veces se hace complicado porque no sabes ni donde vas ni lo que tienes que hacer.
Para mi la primera y última vez que compro un viaje anticipado.

Good trip, got given a snack & small bottle of water & coffee. Also given a pillow and blanket, very handy as the air on makes it very chilly. Tv screens which you could also play games on. Bus was well kept and tidy. Polite staff, although they didn't speak much English. Stopped for toilet/market/hot food once. Overall a pleasant experience, much better than previous long bus journeys which we booked through tour companies. Seems that booking it yourself is the best way to go.

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

the bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem

The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

Good bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear

The bus took off at 7 pm. Everyone was asleep, but woken at 11.30pm to have dinner. Would preferred to remain asleep. We arrived at 4am at a place where we had to switch busses and had to wait there for 1,5 hours for the next bus to arrive. Overall not much sleep during the trip.

The Bus drive was okay, AC not too cold, driving felt a bit adventurous at times but might be due to the height of the vehicle (we sat upstairs). Communication was absolute shit. We were thrown out the bus at one point "Koh samui, Ko phangan go now, go now, go now" without knowing what to wait for. After an hour or so a second bus turned up, we needed to get a sticker for the final destination (check what your ticket says, ours was wrong). Taxi lady wasn't too bossy, we just said we already had a transfer and she let us be. Second bus threw us out at the ferry, again no communication where to go but local workers helped out.
Overall it was okay. Not horrible, not great. Snacks were good though 😉

bus was comfy, air con was a good level until the end of the trip when it got a bit cold. You get given water, biscuits, some juice and a blanket. you stop around midnight with the opportunity to get food as well as to go the toilet, they however weren’t that much better than the onboard toilet.

The bus was super comfortable. The seats reclined to sleep and had lots of space. They also give you pillow and blankets and snacks and water. Your ticket also includes a meal to a comedor where you stop on the road. They dropped us of in Surat Thani where you wait for another bus for 2hrs to get to the entrance of Khao Sok Village. From there you Walk or get another shuttle to the place you stay.
