Etwas zu spät, aber nicht wesentlich. Es ging sehr schnell und war unkompliziert. Leider hat uns niemand geholfen die Rucksäcke mit an Board zu tragen wie wir es sonst immer kannten, aber natürlich kriegt man das auch alleine hin, war nur ungewohnt.

Sehr voll am Pier in Bangsal, aber es war gut organisiert und hat alles irgendwie funktioniert. Wir wollten nach Gili Meno und unsere Rucksäcke wurden direkt sortiert, weil wir vorher auf Gili Air gehalten haben. Die Fahrt ging schnell und war nur mit kleiner Verspätung. Wir hatten Glück mit Wellengang und Wetter und haben uns sicher gefühlt, wenn so eine Fahrt immer auch aufregend für uns war.

5 Min bevor das Boot kam, wurden wir am Steg abgeholt und zum Boot gebracht.

Poor organisation at the ferry port- it felt like the staff on the desk weren’t concerned about communicating clearly to people where they should be and which line they should join etc. the boat was 15 mins late leaving. the boat was also very full already when we boarded.

The airline delayed our flight by about three hours meaning we missed the ferry connection. The company exercised no discretion in either re scheduling or offering a partial refund. Poor customer service

What a great experience. I had used another transport service and decided on the way back to Bali. I wanted to try Gili Gili. I am so thankful I did. The staff was amazing. The boat was amazing and the cookies and water were great touch. Thank you guys so much for making my trip amazing.

Boat didn't have air conditioning (others have it), but as soon as the the boat drove off, it was fine. Also very punctual.

Easy to find the office to collect tickets - head towards the pier and you’ll see it on the left in front of the car park. Arrived on time, took 5 minutes to get to Gili Air and about 15 to get to Meno. The lads help you with your bag on and off the boat too.
