Comfortable bus but:
- The bus was meant to leave Inle at 8:00 pm and we were told to be there half an hour before and the bus left at 7:30pm so we were actually lucky to get it.
- Driving was terrible way over speed limit and unsafe so our heads banged so hard against the seats that we couldn't hardly sleep.
- We arrived in Mandalay at 2:30am instead of 4:00am on a highway stop 10 miles from Mandalay in the middle of nowhere and nowhere to go.
- They did have a small shuttle bus to the railway station but all the luggages couldn't fit in so there we were sitted with our luggages on another crazy bus that didn't stop at any red traffic light with zero visibility and again drove way too fast.
- In comparison we experienced a Famous express bus from Yangon to Inle and the time scheduled was respected and driving was a lot smoother and safer.
- In conclusion: if we take night bus it isn't for speed racing bus but rather to sleep and arrive in the morning - not at night.

The bus was great. It’s new, clean and VERY convenient. They also give water and food.
The bus arrived 20 min ahead of schedule. Greatest travelling experience!

It was a good and comfortable ride. Bus arrived on time, and the service was great. Travellers were well taken care of from the station and throughout the trip. I would not hesitate to use and recommend to go with JJ Express and 12 Go again. Temperature was a bit cold at times. Suggestion to circulate fresh air instead of running AC as much. All in all was a good trip. Snacks and meals were great.

The bus was so comfortable, with AC not too strong. Snacks provided were also tasty.
They offered us a free ride to the city center, but it was difficult to find out where to get off as the bus stopped several times without any info.

Everything was OK, except the temperature on the bus. Why is it so cold on the bus (AC cool) and why the driver not switch on heating if the temperature at night is 10 degrees outside?

Sitze sind ganz komfortabel. Füße kann man hochlegen. Bordcrew sehr nett, Englischkenntnisse nicht sehr ausgeprägt.
Es ist eiskalt im Bus. Auch nach Anfragen nicht abänderbar. Ich hatte 2 Hosen und 2 Jacken an, eine Decke und ein großes Tuch!
Am schlimmsten war der Busfahrer, mit dem ich gleich 2x das Vergnügen hatte. Er hustet und zieht hoch und spuckt die ganze Zeit. Furchtbar. Schlafen unmöglich.

Bumpy ride but seats are comfy. Served a hot meal at first stop. Arrived an hour ahead of schedule but lots of taxis at terminal in Bagan throughout the night so no problem getting to hotel.

The bus was in very good condition and the driving was also good (only that the roads are really in bad condition). No sockets, just a USB port that charges your phone very slow. English of the conductor/ driver is bad that it confuses the passengers.

Die Busfahrt war sehr angenehm ruhig + Pause. Die Ausstattung des Busses war auch super komfortabel, leider Kurde die Klimaanlage nicht richtig eingestellt und es war bitter kalt. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen :)

Der Bus war wirklich spitze!
Super gemütlich mit breiten Armlehnen, durchgehender Beinlehne und einer Rückenlehne, der sehr weit zurück ging.
Wir hielten auf der Strecke zwischen Yangon und Bagan zwei mal an Raststätten an; dort gab es Toiletten, die selbst bei den Frauen sauber waren und ohne Ekel benutzt werden konnten.
Zur Fahrt gab es eine kleine Verköstigung in Form von einer kleinen Flasche Wasser und süßen Teilchen.
Lediglich der Busbahnhof ist grauenhaft. Aber da kann das Unternehmen nichts für. Ist nun mal so, dass sich in Yangon 100e vom Bussen auf einem dem selben Fleck sammeln.
Plant euch bloß nicht zu viel Zeit ein, die ihr dort mit Warten vertrödeln müsst. Es ist wirklich nicht schön - und es gibt auch kein anderes drum herum.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder mit jj express fahren!

Seamless booking and collection of bus tickets. Comfy and safe journey throughout. However, bus terminal at Yangon was far from city, recommend to grab and buffer more time as traffic can be quite bad.

Would be better if transport was provided after arriving at the bus station (which is really far from the city) as these taxi drivers around once we alighted were all surrounding and trying to scam us with ridiculous price just to get to the city.

Their reception has very good english & communication skill. After we gave them a phone call - they waited for us for 5 mins while we were stuck in the jam. ++6 for overall experience and star facilities.

The BUS is def one of the most comfortable I've been and the staff is also very friendly and helpful during the trip. However, you must be aware that at least half of the trip is made in bumpy roads and you have to be open minded in order to not be afraid. There's about 500km done in a Highway (from 00 to 5am aprox) and you can organize yourself to have a rest / sleep in this specific time slot.
One thing I must point out and really disliked, is the drop off situation. We're asked by the JJ staff where we wanted to exit - there were two stops, bus station and downtown. We replied that we wanted to exit in the downtown next to Sude Pagoda because our hotel was there.
Entering Yangon, you have to switch to a smaller BUS that is supposed to take you to one of the exits you chose: bus station or downtown.
Well, this BUS only made one stop that was the BUS station and made everyone leave. Downtown stop was not a stop and as soon as you exit the BUS you are approached by taxi drivers that want to take you. This seems like a scheme to make everyone catch a taxi.
My advise is that everyone uses Grab as soon they arrive at this station and avoid using those taxis waiting. At least you pay for a fair price and avoid dealing with this unpleasant situation at 7 in the morning.

Very comfortable... Best election for long trips around Myanmar. As it was a 12 hours long way, We were given dinner and soft drink. Staff was always kind and the bus was very clean.

I booked my bus from yangoon to bagan via 12go.asia, there's alot of 3rd party agents that sell bus ticket but i choose 12goasia, bcoz of reviews. And im very satisfied with the JJ express VIP bus. They have free coffee unlimited while you wait for bus, blanket in bus bcoz aircon quite high, free snack, they have small tv that you can choose from movies to music just use your headset, have big space to recline youur seat to sleep. Very comfortable. Have 3 stop over to eat and take toilet. Safe driving. I have wonderful experience in VIP couch express for 10 hours travel worth your money! Keep it up

We used JJ Express VIP. It was great reclined chairs, water, and food provided, entertainment system in the back of the chair. Could not have asked for more. We could actually sleep for most of the journey.

Probably the most comfortable long distance bus trip I have ever had. However the bus manager never got back to me as he promised when I noted half the seat belt was missing. He notified the bus driver but of course what could he do. And of course I didn't really expect either of them to be able to do anything.

Seat was comfortable and good service. Only downside was the bus made a few stops to alight passengers during midnight that was quite disturbing.

Comfortable bus. Good pick up arrangements at Bagan. Drop off at Yangon could have been better as the ride is long from Aung Mingalar to downtown and standing with luggage is tough.

The bus is comfortable, big chairs and screen. Good and cheap way to have a long trip and save one night.
We’ve done one stop to eat at a local restaurant on the road.
Part on the road is across a mountain, if you are someone who get car sick bring with you some pills and do not eat dinner!

El autobus muy comodo y puntual como los buses de JJ express que he utilizado. Si que hubo cierta confusion a la.hora de explicarme cual era la parada de Dowtown. Finalmente era en la estacion de trenes, lo que me vino perfecto para el hostel, pero lo elegi de casualidad. Por lo demas muy bien. Servicio competente y puntual, lo cual no es de esperar siempre.

Dinner was included. Not sure how clean it was as we stopped at a roadside cafe but tasted ok. Ride no bumper than usual. Tv worked for a change!

Stopped 3 times before we got to our destination and had to wait 20 mins for another bus to travel the last 10 km...because the bus we were on was going another way....not impressed! All the lights were turned on at every stop, meaning our sleep was disturbed every hour.
