Fahrt von Hoi An nach Hue: Statt mit dem gebuchten Van (VIP Limousine) wurde ich von einem normalen Auto am Treffpunkt in Hoi An abgeholt, kurz danach noch zwei weitere Fahrgäste. Erst in Da Nang mussten wir dann in den Van umsteigen und weitere Fahrgäste wurden noch abgeholt. Hat am Ende alles geklappt, aber die Kommunikation war nicht so gut.

What a joke! Although the price was cheap, the company did what's best for them not the customer. At the witching hour, they told us that our shuttle would be leaving a half-hour late and it actually turned out to be almost an hour later. We requested to leave later from Hue so we could have adequate time which they were amendable to, and then they messaged us while we touring to let us know that they were cancelling the later shuttle and we'd have to take our original one.
So in short, they showed up an hour late which impacted our time in the city of Hue.

In the description and pictures you can see how the chairs will look and that you will hav comfortable ones. But the ones you think you get are only the for ones in the middle. We sat in the back and it wasn’t what we expected! Also tow people had to sit in the front row!
It felt like that they wanted to put as much people on this ride as possible….

It was my worst transport experience so far. On the plus side, they were on time. On the negative side, the air conditioning was barely running, there were more passengers than seats, I had no choice of seat and had to sit in the back, where I also got wet from a leaking air conditioner.

This is the first time I have to leave a bad review, up until now everything was great with 12go. The first driver was ok but the van was practically unusable. The door did not close, the fabrics were torn, the seats broken and falling apart. The van also had some mechanical failure as it shaked a lot as if the driver was constantly pumping the acceleration pedal, even on straight road with nobody else. The second car was great, but the second driver was not. He seemed really young and was constantly video phoning his friends, one after another, barely paying attention to the road.
We also started one hour earlier and arrived only 20 minutes earlier because of the car swap.

The van was extremely confortable and spacious. It was a kind of private transport for me as I was alone. I had a van change, but it was very quick. And we started the drive even earlier as the van was in advance.
I definitely recommend this bus company.

Driver called in morning to reschedule an hour earlier. Then arrived 20 minutes before the rearranged time which meant I missed out on breakfast I had paid for at nearby cafe and rushed.

The initial service from booking was standard, I ended up reaching out to find out what time I was going to be picked up, however the vehicle was really nice and comfortable.
The driver was rude and unpleasant, at pick up there was minimal interaction however at drop off he tried to drop me 10 mins away from my location, I showed him on google maps that this is not my location, he knew it already and seemed annoyed, then still did not drop me at my location and was very aggressive and rude telling me to get out. He was very unpleasant and unkind, I messaged the same contact number regarding what happened but they did not respond. The service is not great but the vehicle is very comfortable.
They are trying to be a 5 star service but are only reaching 1 star at this stage.

The bus was an hour late and we had to change busses in the middle of the 3 hour drive. Also it was super hot since the AC wasn't working. Some seatbelts were broken so you couldn't buckle up.

I was informed via WhatsApp 90 minutes before departure that the bus would leave an hour earlier and that I needed to come immediately. When I arrived, there were already other passengers on board who were delayed by an hour. It seems that the concept of time is somewhat flexible at this company.

Communication and transparent. Vehicles shocks has no damperning, so on bumpy roads you're going feel every bumps and pot holes.

We had to change cars and wait for half an hour in the middle of the trip and the beginning of the trip in the old SUV.

The free water was good and the bus was on time. Sadly the aircon wasn’t working for half of our ride and the driver was honking and driving like a maniac. Sleeping wasn’t really possible. The beds are really short and there is bright light for the USB Port which can’t be turned off…

Very comfortable vehicle and the drive to Hoi A was great. The scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM, and we were asked to arrive at the meeting point 45 minutes in advance. However, we were not picked up until 10:30 AM. We understand that delays can happen due to circumstances or when picking up other guests, but expecting us to be there 45 minutes early without any communication about the delay felt excessive. Some form of update or notification would have been appreciated.

The van got a flat tire and we spent two hours waiting at the gas station to have it fixed. There was zero communication from the driver about what to expect with the situation and the delay

Van was a few minutes early, quick load and out to the road, which was all great. The driver rejected storing all the luggage we had in the back, which meant carrying a heavy backpack each. Drive itself was easy and safe and we arrived earlier too. Unfortunately driver refused to drop anyone anywhere other than the default drop off point, which was surprising for everyone as some already had arranged with the office for another location and the tickets themselves disclosed we could have a lift within 5km of the standard spot. If it wasn’t for these 2 behaviours from driver would have been 5 stars for sure.

The booking got lost although paid for.
I contacted when they were 10mins late collecting. They asked for the booking number which I gave. Then I got nothing from them for an hour.
Staff at our hotel rang and spoke in local language. We finally got collected 2 hours late to find that was just a transfer to another vehicle. It too was late. Not thebdrivers fault at all, he was fine.

Got picked up right in front of my hotel and got off at my new hotel, didn't have to walk more than 15 steps total, they communicated well through whatsapp and we arrived exactly when we were supposed to, no complaints, great service!

It didn’t have storage for lugadge so most passengers backpacks got put between the seats which it takes away being a limousine just a minibus packed .

We had a meeting point we were sent to, everyone else got picked up at their hotels. Spent a total of one hour in Da Nang driving around trying to find people, seemed unnecessary.

We were transported from Hoi An to Da Nang by private car. There, without any further information, we were asked to get out of the car and transfer to a larger one. As we were getting in, the door suddenly closed and then broke, and we had to climb in over the driver's seat. My seat didn't have a seatbelt, and the ride was very bumpy and fast. The driver dropped us off 300 meters from the hotel but didn't communicate who was supposed to get out. It was all a bit uncommunicative. But we made it.

The trip was fine, took about 2x half hours due to picking up other passengers. The transport was pretty worn inside, think it's probably used 24hrs a day for a few years lol. However, driver was on time and polite. We stopped half way for a quick break. Unlike most drivers in Vietnam, he didn't drive like a maniac, which was nice. Definitely value for money and using the same company back from our location...cheap and not bad for a short journey.

I travelled from Da Nang to Hue and bought a ticket for 11am, however by the time they had picked everyone up it was 12pm. Despite the one-hour delay, I would say the service was alright, enough seat space and comfort. It was a good thing that they pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation.

The mini limo bus is a very comfortable and convenient with the hotel pick up. The thing we did not like is that on the pictures there are couch like seats, in reality there are 4 of the big couch seats and then 5 smaller seats (two in front with driver, three at the back). On my seat the seatbelt was also broken. Additionally, the driver we had drove way too fast making the route very bumpy especially without the seatbelt and he made several personal stops along the way.
