Fahrt war okay, netter Busfahrer und waren nur mit 6/7 Leuten im Bus, mussten für unsere großen Rucksäcke 2 Tickets buchen aber war trotzdem preiswert! Fahrt ging schnell rum und wir haben auch eine kurze Pause gemacht! Pünktlich!

The service was great. The bus was on time on arrival and departure. The reviews are right make sure you know which stop to get off on.. no problems with my two large luggage and two small. Price was perfect.

The minibus is okay. My only issue is that I wasn't given a chance to choose which sear I prefer. I was not aware that there are assigned seats and the lady at the counter just gave me a number without asking me which seat I want. I was the first to arrive there but I was given an aisle seat which was uncomfortable for me. Had i known there are assigned seats, i would have chosen window. The people who came at a later time had better seats than me. The company should have been more transparent so people could properly choose.

Extremely Cheap and their Staff were amazing and friendly, I stopped by their little office the day before we traveled to make sure that the bus would be leaving from that location. We arrived on the day of travel a little early and they moved us up to an earlier bus, so that we wouldn't be sitting around bored, so I bought the nice lady an Ice Coffee to say thanks.

Bus left nearly on time. Good aircon. Small bus. Pick passangers a few places before head to bkk. Drop once for toilet break.

I wish if they tell us our stop. I don’t know where to get off and no one care about if I am getting off at the right stop.

restroom stop was not good as there were no other services available; a place to grab a cold drink and yet as soon as we got back on the road the next exit had facilities and a place to get a drink. Ride was fin driver was fine just crappy bathrooms - literally

They put all 'large' non thai people together in the back of the bus together. No space for legs (my knees were stuck agains a broken off metal part of the seat, and im not even that tall (175)). They insisted we all sit there and didn't allow to change seats. There was 28 degrees on the bus.

No service on the bus, small seats, transfer ended nit at the busterminal but somewhere on a very busy street in Bangkok. Not funny.

Booked seats, extra seat booked for luggage which was fine. Taxis waiting at drop off. No issues. Stop in services as 3-4hours on bus

Buses arriving from Hua Hin don't enter the terminal, but instead leave passengers on the roadside across the overpass before leaving. My reservation was for a departure and arrival at the Southern Terminal. It was incredibly absurd and frustrating.

Expensive and unconfortable! When I book as single traveller why do they give me a seat alongside a family and nerving kids. Mother phoning whole travel, kids banging to my seat. And couples occupy two single window seats. I am really disappointed and cannot recommend.

The way to Bangkok was easy and comfortable enough. It left on time from the HPT office which is also easy to get to. They don't give water as bus companies usually do but it was ok. There was a short toilet stop which was very convenient.

Would have been great but for one thing. I booked and paid for my ticket and received the e-ticket but when I arrived at the bus terminal I was told that the bus was full. I had to wait nervously until all passengers had boarded before I was given a ticket and allowed to board.

It was great. We did have to contact the bus depot directly for a large bags question that 12Go did not answer, but that was easily done.

Good and fast ride. A few stops in Cha Am and the direct to Bangkok. Short toilet break (aprox 10 Min) on the Highway. Bus stops on the other side of the Bus terminal but there are Taxis and there is a pedestrian bridge to the Terminal.

Left on time, a pleasant ride, not too cold or too warm. Almost arrived on time, traffic in Bangkok is always a challenge, so in all, Great.

The bus was rather comfy, spacious and only half-full, departed ontime and arrived even earlier than scheduled. Aircon was not too strong. The driver dropped me off where I requested. This trip seemed to me more convenient and comfortable than travelling by mini buses from Ekkamai or Chatuchak.

The rider attitude is 0. Talked on the phone while driving. Many times. He refused to stop at terminal so we need to cross the road by ourselves. Will not repeat again. Very disappointed.
