It was ok. The bus picked me up at 10 from Ao Nang, but then took me to a bus station 15 minutes away where I had to wait for another van that didn't leave until 11:30? Why couldn't they have just picked me up at 11:15 instead, it was bizzare. Then we all had to change into a 3rd van about halfway. Having said that, we all got there eventually and the van itself was nice, driver was friendly etc. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, a private taxi would have been far more expensive.

De driver liet ons op de hoofdweg uitstappen. Hij bracht ons niet naar het hotel. We moesten de laatste 200 meter lopen.

We were picked up at 8.05 am, then collected a few other passengers. Then we drove to Krabi Town with a short stop for food in the middle. There, we were transferred to Krabi Pier, where the driver paid for the boat. We then took a boat to Koh Jum and had to get off on the first stop. A longtail boat collected us from there and brought us directly to the beach in front of our hotel. We arrived at around 13:30. No extra cost, people were very friendly and let us always know, what's next.

When you are booking it says that is only a minivan, but is not true, you go in a bus to Krabi that takes 2h30, there you wait 30 minutes and they start to separate people in minivans for a 20 minutes ride until your hotel

Bus très mauvais état plus de suspension, sièges cassés... Sinon le trajet a l heure et arrivée à l heure en faisant 2 pauses sur le trajet inutile ... (toute les heureS) personnel efficace lors de l escale à proximité de krabi pour aller au port pour railay bay

Good trip. Pickup was on time at hotel. Van went directly to Hat Yai, no changing vans or detours, just one comfort break. Good, efficient driver. Van was full but comfort was ok

Very unorganized. I think I was in a total of 4 different vehicles. Also two of the four drivers were very rude, drove erratically and one of the vans literally had moldy seats.

Der Fahrer war unfreundlich. Er motzte gleich zu Beginn rum dass wir zu viel Gepäck hätten, dabei handelte es sich bei diesem Transfer um einen Ortswechsel, also ist es doch normal dass man pro Erwachsenem einen großen Koffer oder Rucksack hat und ein kleines Handgepäck. Dann wurden wir irgendwo in Krabi an einer "umladestation" abgesetzt, bei der es total chaotisch zuging, dort sollten wir dann nochmal Geld bezahlen um weiter gefahren zu werden, obwohl wir bis zum hotel bezahlt hatten

The pick ups in Khao Lak went smooth and the journey to Krabi took less time than scheduled, including the transfer stop near our final destination (the hotels in Krabi town). After a stop of about half an hour the passengers were assigned to other minibuses for the last 5-10 minutes of the transfer.
At this point the operator offered to bring me to one of the slightly more remote hotel at an extra charge while this hotel was in the drop-down list off drop off hotels on their website...
The company has a hotline service which operates through WhatsApp. Very convenient and they respond quickly. While booking I made a few mistakes and I managed to correct it using their hotline WhatsApp. Possibly I asked a bit too much from them because as I said they were not willing to drop me off free of charge at one of the more remote hotels that was in their drop down list.
The mini fan was older than average but still ok and the driver drove safely.

Me cogieron a la hora correcta y llegué 30 minutos antes. Pero me cobraron 50 Bath adicionales por levarme a mi hotel, no me dejaron en la puerta, si no que me dejaron a 100 metros, cuando la parada final aún estaba a 3km. No me tendrían que haber cobrado nada adicional.
Van cómoda, pero con el aire acondicionado algo bajo. Se hace una parada de 15 minutos a mitad de trayecto.

Hat alles geklappt aber die Abholung war nervenaufreibend... Kommt jemand, oder kommt niemand? Nach kurzem transfer zur Minivan Busstation ging es dann im eigentlichen Bus nach Phuket. Ultra unbequeme Fahrt. In Patong wird man fast an der Banglaroad abgesetzt an einem Riesen Kaufhaus. Für 100B extra geht's direkt ans Hotel

Pick up im Hostel hat wunderbar funktioniert.
Bei der Buchung war mein Hostel im Dropdown Menu nicht verfügbar. Nach Anfrage bei 12go wurde das Hostel nach zwei Tagen hinzugefügt und konnte so gebucht werden.
Transport läuft über den Hub von HatYai World Travel in der Nähe von Krabi. Dort kann es zu (kurzen) Wartezeiten kommen, bis es weiter nach Ao Nang geht. Diese Zeit ist aber bereits in der Zeitangabe des Angebots berücksichtigt. Der Hub ist kein Luxusort (für die Toilette bezahlt man - besser beim Stopp an der Tankstelle kurz gehen).
Anders als bei anderenr Minivans gab es hier Platz für den Koffer / Rucksack im Bus (in der hintersten Reihe fehlten zwei Sitze). Man muss also nicht zwingend einen zusätzlichen Platz buchen, wenn man nicht nur Handgepäck hat. Sind aber viele Touristen mit übergrossen Koffer unterwegs, kann es eng werden. Für Backpacker mit Rucksäcken aber kein Problem.

A good value trip even though I paid for two seats in case of luggage problems but the Hotel collection was much later than promised. Driver found a difficult to locate hotel and made sure it was the right one before leaving me.

So they didn't have our hotel listed on the hotel list to chose from so we basically just chose the closet hotel to us and went there to be picked up around 10am. They arrived at 10:15 and there were already people in the car which made it a little cramp but not too bad at all. Went to pick up a few more people after which made it more cramp but we somehow manage to fit in comfortably. Afterward we went to a bigger station where they check our tickets again so make sure to keep a printed copy of your ticket. They will give you a sticker and call out your location when a different van come to pick you up. During the way to Phuket Airport we stopped at a rest stop to use the restroom and get refreshments. Afterward it was on the way to Phuket Airport. The ride wasn't too bad at all, time actually passed by pretty fast. Overall for the price it was a good deal. Don't expect anything fancy. I never really do when it comes to visiting other rural countries. The point is we were able to get to our location correctly and the time was not too bad either.

Too less information about what is going to happen. Noone said that we will be taken to a “hub” - place where they are filling up vans with people randomly. Not how much we need to wait.
But the trip itself was good.

Need to pay extra 100baht if you want to be delivered straight to hotel.

Medewerkers waren erg gestrest en schreeuwde veel. We zijn 3 maal overgestapt en de reis duurde veel langer dan 2uur en 20 minuten.

Die Reise war gut organisiert, wir sind von Koh Lipe mit dem Speedboat zum Festland gefahren und anschließend mit dem Taxi weiter. Der Wagen war sauber und gut klimatisiert und leider müssen wir ein paar Dinge kritisieren. Der Fahrer war ziemlich unfreundlich und wirkte auf uns etwas genervt. Er hielt auf der Strecke auch immer wieder einmal an um private Dinge zu erledigen. Wir durften dann immer im Auto warten, was die Fahrt dann doch sicher 45 Minuten länger machte. Zu unserem hotel ging eine kleine steile Straße hoch, die gut zu befahren ist. Er blieb unten stehen. Wir baten ihm, doch bitte die 100 m hoch zu fahren, da es mit den Koffern sehr schwer sein würde. Er hat uns nur mit einer Handbewegung und dem Wort "Walk" zu verstehen gegeben, dass wir jetzt aussteigen sollen. Wirklich schade, Vorallem sind wir an sich echt positiv überrascht von der thailändischen Gastfreundschaft.

Wir wurden ca. 1 h zu spät abgeholt... außerdem war der Bus mit 11 Leuten plus Fahrer und Gepäck, meiner Ansicht nach, Überladen. Hinzu haben wir einen „Toilettenstop“ gemacht damit der Fahrer etwas essen konnte. Letztendlich wurde wir dann an einen Sammelpunkt gebracht von wo aus es später zu unserem Hotel ging. Insgesamt sind wir aber unter der angegebenen Zeit von 4:30 h geblieben.

The van is super old with springs sticking out the seats. The drivers are rude and speak no English. We had so wait a lot and change vans.

We had to change bus with an hour wait in between which we didn’t know about. Then after paying an extra 300bht to get dropped off at our hotel the driver went straight past and wouldn’t take us. We had to walk 20 minutes.

The trip was fast, they picked us up on time, but the AC wasn't working, which is a pretty bad thing when you are in a crowded van, in a tropical country.

Pick-up time was over 90 minutes late; contact claimed there was no record of my booking; 3 different vans were used... Did arrive 'on time' tho-- I can now understand why they allow themselves 4.5 hours to make the trip!

Pickup time was 8am. I was supposed to be in the hotel lobby at 0730am. Actual pick up time was 0910am. It would have been more appreciated if this was communicated beforehand. Waiting period in Krabi was an hour and therefor actual arriving time was 1300. Driver from pickup location to krabi was driving to fast.

Driver came 45 min. Later than agreed pick up time. And when we should go from the ferry to the smaller longboats in order to get to koh jum, they insisted that we needed to pay an extra 100 bath per person, even though 12go Asia guarantees no hidden extra fees.

We were put on the wrong boat which was not what we had booked and paid for. We were dropped at Railay Beach West which was not a pier and we had to get in and out of the boat with backpacks etc. We also then had the additional stress of trying to work out how to get to Railay East where our accommodation was. Not what we paid for.

I travelled with my daughter and a luggage. It was an 1-1,5 hour break in maintime.. But was ok.
The only Thing is I bought 3seats as of the bag I was carried.
Other pasangers didnt Follow and Img 3 seat was occupied for a person.....
That is not fair.

It was very good to get informed from the company on the day before the trip.
We were picked up on time.
The trip took about 7 hours from Ao Nang to Kohipe.
For the expressboat I suggest ear plugs, it's pretty loud.
Generally it was well organized without any complications.

A van picked us up at 10am. But then we waited for 2 hours to change to another van. Wasn't efficient at all - we could have arrived 2 hours earlier

Pick up from the hotel was quite on time. We went to Krabi where we had to wait for an hour at the Hat Yai office/station, before we were put in another minivan to drive us to Ao Nang. This was a very old minivan without airconditioning. The distances were not so very far, but because of the waiting time at the office/station and the fact that you can be lucky or unlucky with the location of your hotel (are you dropped off first or last?), the whole trip took very long.

The transfer from the boat to the van was not clear at all. No one was waiting and no clear signs were in place to find them. Also the van driver was very unprofessional. We spent one extra hour on the road because he kept stopping to talk to friends on the way and he even errands

It was sold as a direct transfer, but we had two lay overs. Overall it was fine and cheap.

I booked a minibuss rids from Ao Nang to any hotel in Khao Sok. Instead we went by van to the bus stop and wanted for an hour. We then took a really old dirty bus to a bus stop outside Khao Sok and had to pay a driver for getting to the hotel. Not what was promised.

We got off the bus in a Krabi station and then had to wait 30 minutes for a minibus to take us to the hostel. On the website it said one bus to get to our hostel which is not what happened

Normale i have had e direct tranfer wenn i go A Van from yours . But nu we had a stop were all the Vans come together .after 1 hour we left . We had lucky only Some people in the bus . They tryed to let pay us more to bring us to the hotel . We didnt pay on our booking list was put on the hotel

The bus was late about 40min, after that he took us on some of their bus stop, where we waited about 35min for next bus. We had to pay additional 200 bahts. We dont know for what, because their English is not understandable.
