Not so comfy as we got a 3plus hours trip back to chiang mai. My seat was slight broken. It can be noticed easily. When i sat, my bum slightly slides down as it is not straight and broken. During the whole trip i need to control my body every turn of the bus as im scared to fall down from my chair.

Green Bus is excellent so far. One time they even waited 15 minutes because we got stuck in traffic on our way to the bus. Friendly drivers and attendants.

Completely uneventful, in a good way. Bus arrived on time. We had assigned seats which were comfortable. Not too cold. Overall trip took 30 mins faster than listed. Had a 10 minute break at halfway. All good.

I caught the VIP service from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. The seats were very comfortable- they reclined and had a foot stool. A bottle of water and a small snack was provided. As most buses in Thailand, the AC was blasting, but I came prepared with a jumper and a coat over my legs, and I was fine. The bus arrived 10 minutes early.

Roads were crazy and the drive was fast so arrived early and overall was a great experience. Easy ticket purchasing, boarding and a 10min break in the middle of the drive. Worked fine. Just crazy roads and uncomfortable seats.

A long drive but I slept for the most part. Stopped 3 or 4 times in total and 2 meals are included. You get a blanket which is nice. Seats go pretty far back and are comfortable. There is also a usb-port for charging your phone. 24 hours are over before you know it.

The toilet wasn't work but was opened. And the bus hasn't stopped for almost 4 hours! It smelled bad! Was no soap no antiseptic and people used that not working toilet because they have needs. Awful

Pretty decent for the price. We departed and arrived on time. Bus was comfy and not overcrowded. Toilets weren’t the cleanest when we stopped off at various places but it was to be expected, so not necessarily a negative.

The bus going to Chiang Rai was good. The bus coming back however parked in spot 12 not 13 or 14 so it looked like they were going to Lampang not Chiang Mai. Good thing we asked, we nearly missed our bus! The Greenbus desk stated they should be parked in 13 or 14, but they were not. Luckily I noticed a worker yelling at them. I couldn’t understand Thai but I just tried to use common sense. Also, do not let people bring FISH on the bus. A woman had a bag of fish soaked with the juice which leaked she put up on the shelves where people’s bags go and leaked down to our bags. This made our trip so annoying because we had to go wash at the laundromat.

Bus looked old, worn and dirty on the inside which made us feel uncomfortable since there is covid19. The outside was damaged and stuck together with tape. Whilst driving the whole inside rattled and shook, it did not feel safe at all. We thought VIP would be much better, hate to think what the normal bus is like. The driver was the only good thing, super friendly and curtious.

Calling it a VIP Bus is for sure exaggerated. There is no plug-in to charge your phone, the TV in front of every seat it not working and the air con is turned to about 10 degrees. I brought a Hoodie already; some people seemed to know and had blankets with them. What is the point of turning it that low? I think everyone on the bus was freezing and feeling uncomfortable. Furthermore, none of the staff spoke English or any other of the 5 languages I speak. Don´t choose your seat online because some seem to be window seats but they are not. The size of seat was okay. But again; nothing VIP like.

The Departure time can be every hour so that When we arrive in Chiangmai airport , we can take taxi direct to bus terminal. no need to wait at bus station for a few hour.
Bcoz i realise the timing for after trip------1.00pm , 2.00pm , 5.00pm or 5.45pm .
I Hope can improve to every hour .so that no need to wait long hour in bus station . thanks

We had a broken seat and told about this to administrator of the bus. Ask him to check and fix it. He told “wait” and thats it. Hasn’t come back

The bus driver and assistant did not attempt to communicate with us (English speakers) as to how long the stops would be. The bus actually started to pull out without me. We were only 2 non Asians on the bus and I have blond hair. It would not have been hard to determine I wasn't here.

Bus avec sieges hyper confortables (came tête, support pour les pieds et massants), un vrai bonheur après une journée de balade !!! Petite gâteau servi avec une bouteille d’eau pendant le trajet pour couronner le tout :)

The booking system with 12goAsia is so easy to use and they are extremely professional and prompt with communication. The bus ride itself was Very comfortable. Water bottle and cake snack given free. Stopped every two hours for toilet break, but there's also a toilet at the back of the bus. We upgraded to the VIP seats which were better than a plane! Legrest, long recline and super wide.
