Good journey, east border crossing and helpful staff. Arrived 2 hours later than stated but that’s the risk when crossing a border.

The bus was clean comfortable they give you water and snacks. At the beginning of the trip they tell you haw many stops you have to go to the bathroom. The steward was very friendly

The friendliness of the Giant Ibis staff was the best. Of course, it wasn't a reserved car... Anyway, thanks to the great handling of the Giant Ibis staff, we were able to get to our destination very comfortably, and it also helped us save time and money. If I travel on that route, I will definitely use it again. We would like to thank the staff at Giant Ibis located in Kampot.

Again good organised staff, bus left on time and arrived in Phnom Penh 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. Toilet break in between, snack and a bottle of water (500 ml) included.

Das Hotel liegt der nahe am Königspalast. In der Nähe gibt es einige gute lokale. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Stadt und Fluss. Allerdings lässt das Frühstück zu wünschen übrig.

We left 30 minutes late which at first wasn't a big deal but ended up arriving over 4 hours late. The staff were super friendly and helpful though so no complaints there. When I booked the ticket it said we would receive snacks and food. We ended up having to buy our own food at the border crossing and the snack was a very tiny croissant.

Excellent smooth trip. Spent maybe a little extra time at the border crossing than expected but it was all very enjoyable. Recommended. The bus start was very friendly and helpful. If you want to change money for USD or KHR or buy Cambodian SIM card, then I suggest you wait until the first stop after crossing the Cambodian border. This is around the area of Ba Phnum just east of the Mekong. The bus stops at a large gas station/shopping rest area for 10-15 minutes and it's possible to do all those things at this shop for a very good price and even buy some cheap snacks or souvenirs that are not marked up at ridiculous tourist-trap prices. You can conveniently get a sim or exchange money at the Saigon IBIS office too, but the rate is cheaper at the Cambodia pit stop. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much for the safe and comfortable trip. If you don't have a visa, then just pay the extra $5 to get the expedited visa on arrival. Everything is smooth and easy

Everything was great, apart from the restroom. It was not possible to lock the door, the flusher did not seem to work and there was not possible to wash or disinfect your hands afterwards. Would still recommend it though.

Die Reise mir dem Nachtbus war für uns besser als erwartend. Wenn man nicht gerade 1,80 groß ist, lässt es sich in den "Betten" recht komfortabel liegen.
Die unteren Betten sollte man aus unserer Sicht eher meiden, der Abstand zwischen Bett und Decke über einem ist teilweise sehr begrenzt.
Es gab eine dünne Decke und ein Kopfkissen, was völlig in Ordnung war.
Da wir recht gut geschlafen haben, verging die Zeit recht schnell.
Wir würden es wieder machen!

So booked a VIP bus but apparently that needed maintenance !!!! Or maybe as just 7 of us they thought the minivan would do .. we paid more to go with this company due to wanting a comfortable 6 hours , but it was an uncomfortable 7

I'd use them again but for sure a little better communication on expectations. Like the drivers will stop at various point and the boarder crossing to Thailand can take a while. Other than that very satisfying trips for the price

Comfortable ride. Easy to book and travel from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Good stopping points and a good driver. Hostess was nice and clear on her instructions.

Excellent. The trip was very comfortable, and the border crossing was handled very efficiently.
We had two restroom stops. The second one however was dirty and without toilet paper, so come prepared with your own.

Lots of space, free lunch, wifi worked only half the way but that's fine. One of the most comfortable bustours we had in Asia! Very friendly staff, the guide teached us a lot about Cambodia

Staff did not use anti insect spray for bus before trip. Entire bus was cover by mosquito . Whole way was just about killing them , spray ended in back back of employee.

Der Bus war bequem mit viel Beinfreiheit.
Ein sehr netter und freundlicher Guide hat uns Problem los über die Grenze gebracht. Alles erklärt. Es gab was zum Frühstück und zum Mittagessen. Das Essen war schmackhaft.

Strange that we couldn’t sit together unless we sat on the back seats we were told. Other than that the conductor and driver was excellent, especially help with getting through the border crossing. Only other non-positive thing was that bus arrived well past the scheduled time, however this seems to be the norm, although they must do this trip several times a day so should be able to get the timetable accurate by now

The booking process on 12Go was really straightforwards - easy to find the best option for me.
Pick up in Bangkok was great and the bus was really good - nice comfy seats, good air con and good wifi. The water was chilled and there was also chilled canned coffee and a snack. I was a bit concerned about the lack of toilet on board but that was fine, we made plenty of stops. The staff were really nice and provided plenty of information about the process regarding visas and information. I would suggest to Giant Ibis that it would be useful to have a handout of this information for passengers. There was a lot of information given and quite quickly; as a native English speaker I got most of it but still had to check some details as it was a lot to absorb. For many of the passengers English wasn't their first language so it may have been more difficult.
As we approached Cambodia, we were then told we'd be changing bus at the Cambodia border; the coach staff transferred our large luggage so we only had to carry our smaller bags. Once we had passed through immigration we got on the new coach (which was anything but new!). The seats were nowhere near as comfortable and there was no wifi.
The drop off point is out of town so unless you have complimentary pick up from your accommodation you'll need to get a tuk tuk but there were plenty of them waiting when we arrived. Apparently the coach company are not allowed to drop off elsewhere.
Overall, it was a straightforward trip and I'm glad I went by coach rather than flying.

easy on linebooking, plus seat booking, bus staff really helpful, croissant and tinned coffee for breakfast, rice dish and cold water for lunch.
Visa arranged on bus, although requested thai baht as currency, 2 comfort stops.. Boarder crossing made easy by bus rep. Takes approx 8 hours but seemed less.

Was very impressed with our trip. We were about 30 mins late leaving due to people not arriving on time and not registering but once in the road the guy helping the driver was very good at keeping us informed of process for border and checked to ensure everyone had what they needed. For Cambodia customs the assistant took our passsports and paperwork and did the customers work for us. When we got to the Thai border the bus had arranged for our luggage so we didn’t have to take it ourselves and the assistant walked us to the customs office where we cleared customs after a long wait. After we got back in the bus they had food for us. Overall it was a great experience and we felt Giant Inis did a great job and we would definitely travel with them again.

Great job! We moved through immigration quickly and effortlessly. The air conditioned however barely works. Riders were sweating. .
