The bus arrived on time, and the ride was smooth. Unfortunately, the bus was infested with cockroaches, and the driver showed no concern whatsoever about the situation.

The bus was late, and the driver didn’t wear a seatbelt during the entire journey, so the seatbelt warning alarm kept beeping the whole time. The only positive aspect was the comfort of the bus. Overall, a disappointing experience

the bus arrived a little late around 10:38 am but it’s okay. it was nice because we were the only passengers that day to singapore. overall, great trip!

The driver was not friendly, at 1. Stop he closed the bus and went away. We couldn't go to the Toilette. The 2. Problem was: he left us at the pass Controller in Singapur and drive away. We gave more money to go to the Center Singapur. The trip was ok and the bus comfortable and clean.

Comfy bus and punctual service, but the pickup and drop points were not that convenient. The booking confirmation said to be there 45 mins early, there’s no point as the bus didn’t arrive until 10 mins before the departure and there isn’t any check-in process, you are just waiting outdoors by the side of a noisy road. Also very vague instructions for finding the right spot, so I had factored in generous buffer time. The drop off point Boon Lay is nowhere near the MRT station as one would perhaps assume, you have to walk 20-30 mins which can be quite a lot with luggage. All in all this trip felt like a hassle.

We were supposed to arrive at 16.30 but we got to the destination at 19.10. Even after I expressed my concern to the driver about missing the last boat, he still stopped to get food for himself and laughed at me.

The driver was a little late for the start of the trip. It didn’t help that there was no booth for the bus line in Berjaya. When other passengers reached out to the hotline, it wasn’t helpful.

Dear , your driver left all of us - 9 people at check point of singapore. They didnt wait and we end up paying 15 dollar per person to another bus company to drop us in the city. So total its 135 dollar Singapore we paid to another extra.

Booked a direct bus which was meant to arrive at 3.30am. However this bus made multiple stops maybe around 8, had to change buses, and arrived around 3 hours later than scheduled at the destination.

The time schedule from BTS to Dungun is 0600. However, bus arrival around 0430. I have slept that passed the bus stop and arrival final distinction around 0600 outside Tenggenru 100km. Then it is so terrible that to take the other transport back to Dungun.

The arrival time was almost 5 hours earlier than scheduled meaning we arrived before 5am instead of 9:30 as planned! Schedule needs to be up to date so people can plan for such an early arrival

When I booked the bus ticket online, the expected travel duration was approx. 6hours and 30 minutes. However in the bus, I was informed by the bus driver that we would only arrive after approx 8,5 to 9 hours due to multiple stops before Kuala Besut(this is the final stop). He advised me to get off the bus at Tanah Mera and take an expensive taxi to Kuala Besut so I could still get in the last ferry ride to the island. The itinerary/ stops were not reflected in the booking process - otherwise I would have selected a different one! Also, WiFi was not available although advertised..

Para ser sincera, el bus no es tan cómodo, recomendaría viajar durante el día o parte del día. Tienen muy poco espacio en la parte de las piernas, si estas acostumbrado a dormir sentado sin estirar un poco las piernas, te vendría bien. El bus (como siempre) con el aire acondicionado a tope por la noche, hace un par de paradas para descansar e ir al baño y se retrasó en la llegada en ambos trayectos (hice ida y vuelta Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Besut).

Le bus est parti à l heure, il était propre, confortable, la clim normale et il est arrivé à l'heure. J'avais des doutes à la lecture des avis mais tout s'est déroulé sans embûches.

Chauffeur très sympa. En revanche il y avait énormément de cafards en bas même sur les sièges. Nous avons du monter à l'étage où ça avait l'air plus clean mais par contre beaucoup plus de bruit, et plaque tremblante qui fais un bruit très dérangeant et la condensation de la clim qui coulait goutte à goutte sur nous à l'étage partie arrière du bus. Retard de 2h par rapport à l'arrivée prévue.

La clim à l'étage du dessus ne fonctionnait plus et la température était dangereuse. Le bus a du s'arrêter dans un garage ce qui arrive malheureusement. J'ai continué mon trajet en grab.
