Smooth and efficient.. very helpful staff, all made very simple.. we had 4 big bags and 2 young kids and they took the effort out of it for us..!

The boat was punctual and it wasn't too rocky of a ride. Just a heads up that it did smell like gasoline throughout the ride but it didn't really bother me. They said there would aircon and a bathroom on the boat but I didn't see one.

Dream Beach Express ran smoothly. They portered your bags, seats comfortable for the short ride and did not smell any gasoline whilst in the boat. Ran about 15 minutes past schedule but all boats do.

The last waiting room was chaotic. You should get a loud speaker system or an electronic sign to announce which boat is boarding next. It was very stressful trying to hear when our boat was called.

I had concern about safety. There were only one life jacket per row of seats, but in most rows there were 2 people, so there were not enough life jackets per person where we were seated. I also had to ask multiple times to get life jackets for our two kids, and one of the crew finally found two life jackets for us. If something had happened on this trip, several people would have been without life jackets.

The port waiting area is a disaster place, very unorganized, no signs. The escalate was out so you have to carry your luggage downstairs.

Le speed boat au retour à percuté quelque chose. Nous avons attendu une vingtaine de minutes non loin de la côte pour vérifier l'état du bateau. Ensuite, nous reparti en affrontant les vagues. Très mauvais moments pendant quelques minutes...

Pour le transfert en Ferry, aucun soucis, par contre le chauffeur de taxi était bien là a l'heure. Au vu de la circulation, il nous a propose de passer par l'autoroute en disant que le péage était de 50000 roupies et qu il avait une carte donc qu il fallait le payer lui, en liquide. Arrive au péage, lors du règlement, la somme de 14000 roupies s affiche, ce que nous vérifions sur internet. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel, en le réglant, nous lui faisons remarquer la'difference notable entre la somme payée et la somme réellement due. Il a bafouille en nous disant qu'il y a avait un abonnement qu il devait régler en plus..chose inexacte, donc attention... Ce n est pas le montant qui est gênant, mais l arnaque au touriste réalisée, qui laisse une mauvaise image du service et de l'accueil local.sans compter l insistance pour des arrêts de visite de shopping "pas cher" .
