Delima bus was old and uncomfortable. Immigration takes anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hrs to clear but the bus only waits 20 mins. Many passengers were left behind and had to find their way into the city on their own despite having paid fares with Delima to take them all the way. The staff at the immigration terminal were very helpful and said that Delima does this all the time, leaves without their passengers and heads back to Malaysia. Public transport shuttle from immigration depot to Queen Street is SGD3.50 or RM9.90

I cannot rave about this bus trip like the reviewer before. The bus was full and bit cramped, not much space in the overhead storage, but it brought me from Malacca to KL. So it was okay, but definitely not the best bus ride I had in Asia ;-)

Everything went smoothly, easy to find the gates at the KL Bus Station. Departured some minutes later than scheduled but passengers were kept informed. Direct trip to Melaka, no stop for toilet or snacks. AC level ok, we had our jumpers on. Bus clean and comfy, enough space for longer legs too.

There was no complimentary food/snack/drink nor steward on board. Driver did not help passengers with luggage at all. Bus and travel itself was ok.

Trip was alright. However, the driver could be better. He definitely should have helped passengers load their luggages, at least the ones who need help. Plus, he was constantly snacking while driving and seemed to not really care that much about anything.

Good driver but old coach
