It was nice I could charge my phone in the bus . A lot of space and you could lay down with the chair .

Super Busausstattung und auch der Personalservice hat an allen Stellen geklappt, d.h. alle waren freundlich und höflich. Die Sraßen waren alle in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Fahrt durch die Berge war auch nicht zu schnell. Wir können uns nicht beschweren und hatten eine angenehme Fahrt.

Super ausgestatteter Bus mit viel Platz und angenehmen Sitzen. Den ganzen Trip waren die Straßen in einem sehr guten Zustand und auch der Verkehr war vollkommen okay. Die Angestellten am Schalter und der Ticketkontrolleur waren nett und höflich. Der Busfahrer war dagegen etwas unfreundlich. Dadurch, dass er sehr schnell durch die kurvigen Bergstraßen fuhr, wurde meiner Freundin schlecht und sie musste spucken obwohl wir in der ersten Reihe saßen. Wir beschwerten uns nicht und hatten auch mit einer selbst mitgebrachten Tüte etc. vorgesorgt. Doch als er dann am Busbahnhof wo wir angekommen waren, merkte, dass sie gespuckt hatte, sagte er in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton, dass sie das draußen tuen soll. Ich hätte mir also etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit von ihm während der Fahrt gewünscht und natürlich einen freundlicheren Umgangston mit seinen Passagieren, die ja schließlich auch seine Kunden sind.

The ticket Is not refoundable. Due to health issues i did not use the service of the whole holiday in Malesia and Lost all the ticket money

Bus broke down. Driver told us another bus would come in an hour and to be ready there we should come back to the bus in 40 minutes. After 35 minutes we could see another bus leaving without us and had to wait even longer.

Bus driver stopped somewhere in the middle of Ipoh for an alleged 5-minute toilet break, but then stopped at the location for nearly 30 minutes with doors open and no engine turned on. No explanation was given as to why the stop took so long. There were flies everywhere on the bus as a result, and made the journey thereafter very unpleasant. The aforesaid extended stop resulted in a severe delay to the original estimated time of arrival (original: 10:15; actual time of arrival: 11:30) at the Amanjaya bus station.

The operator did not stopped talking during 5h driving time with high time. He was speakimg very loudly with someone close to him. We could not sleep or relax in the whole trip

Quick and on time. The driver didn't communicate with the passengers. Sometimes he stopped without any explanations about how much time we had for the break. He didn't check if everyone was back on the bus before continuing.

CS Express team were very friendly, helpful and accommodating when requesting to be collected in the Kea Farm area to avoid backtracking to Tanah Raja. Communication with the team was excellent, they were prompt and supportive in their responses. When the bus arrived it was super comfortable, with reclining seats and charging ports, the best transport we've had in Malaysia by far. Absolutely recommend.

Took the bus with C S travel company. We were supposed to arrive at 14h40. Arrived at 16h40. Driver stopped at Penang sentral and said this is the station, you can take te ferry from here to Georgetown... we booked tickets to bus terminal sungai nibong. Eventually he took us there. In those 6 hours there was one stop (maybe 15 minutes) to go to the toilet and buy a drink and a snack.

Bus was supposed to leave at 10 am. Some people got a text that there was a one hour delay due to a landslide (we were never informed by them, eventhough they have my contactdetails).Bus came at 11h20. The landslide is an excuse that they use everyday. This was confirmed by other companies that left on time. C.S wants to change the departure time to 11 am but doesn't inform their clients. We've had another bad experience with C.S travel a few days later on the bus from Cameron highlands to Penang (Georgetown).

The driver was very angry all the time, checking everyone, shouting to random people and driving very aggresively. Aside from that, our trip was to Penang Sentral and suddenly the last stop was in Georgetown.. Very strange experience so we had to take a grab.The seets were very nice.

Excellent facilities at the TBS terminal and a comfortable bus , made for a great trip. The journey took about 4 hours with a couple of stops, the first 2 hours on the motorway followed by 2 more hours up the winding mountain roads to the Cameron Highlands. Overall an excellent service

The air conditioning was too cold. Even the driver put on a jacket at one point instead of turning up the temperature.
