Diver was super rude, I was not expecting her to go down on her knees, but not even good afternoon, or good bye. She stopped at a gas station, and entered the bathroom, didn't ask us if we wanted to go, or if we needed something. At the drop-off She was just clacjing her nails on the top

We were lucky that we contacted the Company the day Before. Because on our ticket is Said: ferry + ride at 10:30 It turned out that you had to take the ferry at 9:30, which was not mentioned anywhere and the ticket did NOT include the ferry. So We had to pay for that extra :(!

The voucher included a taxi ride and ferry tickets, but we never received the ferry ticket, nor did the voucher include any instructions regarding the ferry ride or tickets. None of the operators on Chiquila would provide us with a ferry ticket on the basis of our voucher and we had to buy separate ferry tickets for approximately 300 pesos per person. I’m currently awaiting feedback from 12go and the operator. The taxi ride was okay.

We were there 40 min before the scheduled time, we kept waiting for a van that never showed up, we didn’t receive any update, even though we paid extra money for that (you can imagine the kind of stress we went through), when we finally called the agency, they told us that the van was gonna be late, and they redirected us to an other spot where we could find another shuttle.

The driver/s were fine however the booking process through 12Go is at best confusing and at worst disorganized. I paid for both airport transportation and ferry together and text message notification/communications however I only ended up with airport transportation tickets of which I found out as I was about to board the ferry and never received any messages about pick up logistics. The email confirmation provided a "boarding point" link with coordinates that were not in the correct location. I made my way to the right terminal/location by asking multiple airport staff and the fact that I got there early.

Bus prévu à 14h30 mais annulé sans nous avoir prévenu. Nous avons dû attendre un prochain bus à 16h30 (2h de retard dans notre programme). Trajet qui devait duré 3h et qui s’est prolongé d’1h30 car livraison de colis en même temps que le trajet. Conduite discutable. Service de Ferry sans encombre ni problème, Clim à bord.
