The Flughafenterminal wirkte schon um 20 Uhr total verlassen (Abfahrt 20:35 Uhr). Niemand hatte richtig einen Plan. Der Infoguy meinte, dass heute kein Bus mehr kommt. Die Adresse auf dem Ticket ist auch nicht richtig. Letztlich kam der Bus aus dem Nichts auf die Minute pünktlich und hielt im Busterminal an der Haltestelle 3 (dies konnte mir von sieben Leuten niemand bestätigen 😄). So the bus will come directly to the Terminal at gate 3 even though it does not look like it. Es gab im Bus sogar ein Wasser und unglaublicherweise einen McD-Burger als Snack for free. Die Fahrt war entspannt und es gab auch Gurte.

Smooth ride, well organised, and you were even provided a water and a McDonald‘s chicken burger. Air condition was not too cold as well. Ride took around 40 min longer but that was fine. Would book again.

จองออนไลน์แจ้งว่าให้ขึ้นรถที่บางแก้ว พอไปถึงบางแก้ว เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่ารถรอบ 23.55น.ต้องไปขึ้นที่กิ่งแก้ว โชคดีที่ไปถึงบางแก้วเร็ว พนักงานเลยช่วยประสานแจ้งให้รถแวะรับที่บางแก้วด้วย แม้ office จะปิดแล้ว ทราบว่ามีนักท่องเที่ยวหลายรายเคยมารอรถที่บางแก้วและรถไม่แวะจอดหลังปิดทำการ ควรปรับแก้ข้อมูลในระบบออนไลน์ด้วย

Great coach, plenty of room, USB ports and given a bottle of water, nice touch. Then near the end they stopped and we were all given a McDonalds chicken burger, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend this company.

They were very nice and on time the seats were comfy and time went by fast they got us a chicken burger from McDonald’s and water which was a wonderful surprise !

I would recommend everyone to try to the big bus service provided by this operator from Ban phe to bangkok .. Reasons- Spacious cabin with reclining seats , Separate space for the luggage , for which 20 THB is charged .very nominal charge . Comfortable journey with toilet in the lower cabin . A 500ml water bottle and Mc donald burger is offered on the way . The bus departed on time , reached bangkok in 3 :30hrs ..

The bus driver was really not friendly, it was to cold and not really comfortable. But we were just in time and the ride was safe so 3 stars

Comfortable coach with air-conditioning seats reclined, toilet on board, offered a bottle of water on the way they also stopped to buy a McDonald’s chicken sandwich for everybody which I didn’t eat, cause I’m veggie but gave it to my neighbour. Took approximately from 7:10 to 10:35 ish. Pleasant friendly staff too

The bus left and arrived on time. We got water and a chicken burger from McDonald's , that was cute. What i didn't like is that they built a wall behind the driver, obstructing all the view forward.

Bus left on time . They give you a bottle of water and a snack. Took 4 hours and departed at 11. So dependent on traffic . Luckily no wait time as I got a departing speedboat to Koh Samet

Took the 11 am bus and we didn't stop for lunch but they stopped and picked up McDonald's chicken sandwiches for everyone. The first time we'd seen that. There is also a toilet on the bus.

Departure on time. Very friendly Stewardess. Comfortable Seats, for tall persons vaste legspace. Everything seemed super well organized. I can recommend it.

Thought it was an express bus which would be non-stop and take the fastest route. It was driving on smaller roads and had multiple stops also resulting in late arrival.

We had a fantastic experience. The bus arrived punctually and we were offered water. During a short break, the staff returned with burgers for everyone.

About 30 minutes after departure, the bus stopped at a gas station and they handed out McDonald’s hamburgers to all passengers. If I had known, I would have skipped breakfast lol.

Took the big bus from the Nuanthip pier to Ekkamai in Bangkok. Bus was comfortable. They never take a straight line always picking up and dropping off a few passengers along the way and not taking the direct route. This is simply how it's done here. Free water and McDonald's chicken sandwich. Took 4 hours.

The bus was on time, easy check in in Ekkamai bus station, the temperature was quite low on the bus, wea arrived on time, good price, seats more comfortable than I expected for night bus. Positive experience.

Journey was excellent but when i have booked i checked for the address but they showed the wrong address so i went there and came back to bus stand it was long process 😂 as i have to walk back to ekamai

It was reassuring to be able to make reservations through the app rather than having to worry about purchasing tickets on-site, which is unfamiliar to me.
