Wir wurden pünktlich von unserem Hotel abgeholt und an den Pier gefahren. Am Pier wurde uns gezeigt, wohin wir gehen mussten. Das Speedboot ist pünktlich losgefahren. Es verlief alles einwandfrei.

The boat was great. I don’t like the fact that 12go takes your money and then only makes and confirms your booking later and they take a commission. Risk of no booking remains with me but 12go gets paid for a riskless booking

Der Pier ist sehr chaotisch und gefühlt keine Ausschilderungen. Bei Speedboat Touren weiß man nicht wann man dran ist und einem wird nur unfreundlich gesagt man soll doch einfach warten. Weil man aber überhaupt nicht weiß wann es los geht, traut man sich kaum zur Toilette zu gehen, weil man sonst Angst hat zu spät zu sein. Digital Anzeigetafeln würden das ganze sehr vereinfachen.

Gab nen Stopp von Phuket nach Lipe auf irgendeiner Insel uns das Boot musste getauscht werden, damit mehr Leute dazu steigen. Das hat etwas aufgehalten, waren aber dennoch pünktlich da. Crew wirkt professionell und die Überfahrt war recht angenehm. Beinfreiheit allerdings Zero 😂

Die Sitzplätze sind viel zu schmal. Man kommt sich vor wie ein Huhn auf der Leiter.
Die Aussicht ist leider aufgrund der Tiefe des Sitzes nicht gegeben.

Die Fähre hatte einen Defekt. Nachdem wir eingestiegen sind und schon 10min gefahren mussten wir zurück fahren da irgendwas mit dem Boot war. Wir wurden dann in eine Halle geführt und mussten 30min warten. Dann ging es mit einem a deren Schiff nach Koh Lipe. Also alles geklappt und schnell für Ersatz gesorgt. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Über 1h Verspätung. Gebucht hatten wir eine direkte Verbindung, doch es wurde an 4 Inseln gehalten, sodass wir statt um 13:30 erst um 15 Uhr ankamen. Teilweise sind mehr Leute hinzugestiegen, als Plätze vorhanden waren.

The Phuket-Ko Lanta boat was small and jumpy, but half loaded and thus comfortable. The Ko Lanta-Ko Lipe boat was overcrowded. So called “four seats” benches can seat three people OK, but the fourth person half seats and half hangs in the aisle, killing the back after an hour of such a trip. Overwise boat was good and ran on schedule.

Überfahrt mit Speedboot war sehr schnell ,aber extrem laut. Ohrenstöpsel sind zu empfehlen. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

All good. Quick and easy. Pick up on time. However the car/truck that picked us up from the hotel was a bit small. It was a short ride for us but we had to squeeze in to fit all people.

We went from Phuket to the Phi Phi Islands. The whole trip to Phi Phi was really bumpy. The return to Phuket was easier because there weren't many waves. If you want a more enjoyable trip, I would choose the ferry. However, the speedboat was the fastest option.

Boat was fast and pretty noisy (prepare for 3h ride without possibility to have normal conversation), road was bumpy (open sea has always waves), but captain was skilful and brought us safely into our destination. Even a failure of one propeller (from 3) did not stop us and in 5 min we could continue with a new one. Overall great experience!

My wife and I showed up late, but the ferry was still there, baggage hadn’t been loaded and people were standing around waiting and we were told we were too late. We weren’t too late, we still had plenty of time for them to help us make our ferry they simply chose not to. So we sat and waited for 30 minutes watching them slowly load the passengers, 30 minutes was more then enough time to help us get on the ferry

It’s a speed boat, one of those small, 3 engine boats. They packed over 30 of us and our luggage on there for a 3 hour ride. It was extremely uncomfortable, couldn’t reach the tiny toilet room from the back. Come prepared with headphones and comforts because you’re in for a real torture.

The trip was horrible due to the windy weather. There were such high waves, I was scared properly. Although, the captain did a good job. He knew what he was doing and he brought us safely to Koh Lanta.
The reason for the 2 stars:
- You should inform us passengers when the weather conditions are like this. We should be able to cancel the trip and go later when the weather is better.
- You REALLY should recommend the passengers to wear life vests. No one mentioned it. A small + was that there were life vests available.
- You really should have a emergency briefing before the trip. What to do if something really happens. How should I react?
To summarize; Good job captain for bringing us home safely. BAD JOB Bundhaya for your lack of safety onboard.

Pick up puntuale (noi partivamo da Kata Beach e alle 10.40 era già arrivato).
Van nuovo e comodo, una volta arrivati al molo abbiamo dato le nostre valigie (per ciascuna viene messa un'etichetta) e ci hanno dato i biglietti cartacei e un 'bollino" colorato.
Poi chiamano in base ai vari colori e imbarcano.l dividendo in due gruppi. Una volta arrivati a Phi Phi abbiamo aspettato 5 minuti che arrivasse una valigia che era nell'altra imbarcazione e abbiamo pagato 20 bath a testa per accedere all'isola (dovrebbero servire per gestire la questione rifiuti).
Come rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!!
