Also the driver didn’t speak any word in English and on every stop he was saying things to the passengers in Thai which I don’t understand.

The ride itself went very smooth. Pretty comfortable seats, head rest and blankets. We were able to sleep
There wasn't a meal handed out though we didn't check if there should be beforehand. I didn't look for the bathroom or used it so can't express an opinion on it.
The bad parts were
A. It was too hard understanding who is the person to ask at the platform about the buses after an employee at the counters told us to go to platform 14 without anymore information.
B. The bus arrived to the platform about an hour late(all the buses to Bangkok were somehow very late).
C. The bus wasn't even marked as one that belongs to the mentioned operator in the order(Budsarakham Tour) so we were only aware that it's our bus after questioning the woman with the lists that was yelling about buses arriving at the platform.
D. The seats we booked were irrelevant because everyone just chose their own seats and neither the driver nor the woman with the lists said anything about it so we had to sit where there was a pair of seats available.

Wie hier schon einige geschrieben haben, benötigt man einige Unterstützung von anderen thailändischen Reisenden um den richtigen Bus zu finden. Auf dem Ticket steht zwar, wo unser Bus abfahren soll, jedoch stand zu der Zeit ein anderer Bus dort. Unser Bus war nirgends zu finden. Uns wurde dann erstmal gesagt, wir sollten warten. Der nächste Bus, der kam, war nochmal ein anderer, der auch schon längst losgefahren sein sollte.
Im Endeffekt ist unser Bus von einer anderen Plattform und 1 1/2 Stunden später gefahren. Leider gibt es keine Anzeigen, an denen man das nachvollziehen könnte und alle Durchsagen sind auf thailändisch. Also scheut euch nicht, euch durchzufragen und habt Geduld.
Das Personal vom Bus selber war sehr freundlich, hat uns zu unserem Sitzplatz gebracht und hat sogar extra dafür gesorgt, dass wir doch nebeneinander sitzen können, obwohl unsere gebuchten Plätze auseinander lagen.
Auch der Bus war insgesamt ok. Die Toilette entsprach keinen europäischen Standards und die Kopfstützen waren etwas hart und selbst für meine Frau etwas zu tief. Ansonsten konnte man den Sitz immerhin recht weit nach hinten lehnen. Zudem gab es eine Flasche Wasser pro Person und Kekse.
Die Fahrt nach Chiang Rai lief dann aber ohne weitere Verzögerung und wir sind mit den ca. 1 1/2 Stunden Verspätung angekommen.

Surprisingly my partner and I slept okay on this bus but I don’t know how. It was swaying left to right so violently at times we felt like we had to hold on to our armrests and each other for fear of being thrown out of our chairs. The steward spoke little to no English, and refused to give us tickets with the food vouchers for the half way stopover which really sucked because we were relying on those for some food. For the second time running, the seats we booked on 12Go didn’t exist on the bus we were assigned and we were moved, but that wasn’t too bad. This bus had blackout curtains which helped a lot, and the chairs reclined enough for some sleep. We left on time and arrived in Bangkok about an hour and a half earlier than planned.

Please make an toiletstop in de morning. Nobody speaks English. The bus driver didn’t want to take us with him. He wanted to send us to an other bus. We had to convince hem that this was the bus we had booked. The toilet at chang mai is the most filthiest toilet i have ever been.

Overall the drive went off without a hitch, however, we were pushed to the bus after the one we booked which meant we missed out on working entertainment units and modern facilities like was on the bus we originally booked. Then, because it was bucketing down with rain for most of the drive, rain started entering through the air conditioner vents getting my partner very wet throughout the night. We thought it might just be the AC dripping, but it seemed to stop once the weather improved. The stopover was fine, at the halfway mark so be aware a later bus might stop in the early hours of the AM, but no one cares to explain that we could get free food from the hall with our bus tickets which we took advantage of. Lastly, just to clarify things, it would be good for 12Go to be more specific with the departure location. Mochit got a little confusing so make sure if you’re taking Bangkok public transport to specify Mochit Bus Terminal on Google Maps or whatever you’re using.

It was great, we slept the entire way. The seats were comfortable, and we were given water and a snack! 10/10 nothing bad to say about the experience, we also got in about 50 min earlier than expected!

Bus left 30min late. They provide a planket, small bottle of water and some sugary snacks on the way. Massasing chairs were nice and comfy. It is silly to make a food stop after 2 o'clock at night, because people are sleeping and it is unhealty to stuff your stomach at late hours. Ginger chicken with rice was cold, and the chicken hard to chew. Otherwise a smooth ride.

Malheureusement ont est vraiment laissé à nous mêmes,aucun informations sur les temps d’arrêt aucune communication en anglais seulement en Thaïlandais, et le chauffeur a fumé tout le long du trajet, en conduisant vraiment déplaisant, je ne recommande pas ce service de cette compagnie.

It felt safe and relatively on time. So that’s your 2 starts.
The bus wasn’t as comfortable as in other trips. The a/c didn’t seem to work, so it was pretty hot until 2 am. When it all of the sudden got really cold.

Sièges confortables, spacieux, qui s’inclinent bien! (Heureusement rien à voir avec la photo de présentation lors de la réservation).
Par contre bus sale, plaid à disposition pour chaque siège qui ne sont pas propres, les toilettes je n’en parle même pas ...
retard de 30 min dès le départ, arrivé également avec 30 min de retard.

The staff was friendly and provided snacks. The ride itself would had been perfect had it not been for the relatively frequent stops and the lights being turned on making it difficult to sleep through the night.

I've done several VIP bus rides and this was the worst by far. We left the station 40 minutes late because our VIP bus sat empty at the station and they switched us to another broken down bus. The seats were far too close together, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in, likely, weeks and the front window was all smashed in by what looked like a couple bird collisions. I am very grateful that we didn't hit anything else as it would have come right through that windshield that had 0%integrity left and likely killed someone in the front row... I will never use ASIA2GO again.

The bus was one hour late not that it was a bad thing because I wasn’t in hurry. Everything was smooth except fellow passanger who kept talking on the phone almost whole trip.

We arrived, thats was the good thing. But there were a lot of bad things: the bus was in a bad condition, smashed front, broken windshield, usb plugs weren't working, it was very cold and also the driver was slightly drunk or just couldn't drive straight forward. The rest stop was awful and not because ther wasn't anything else, i saw alot of better stops where other busses made their pause. Wouldn't take this company again.

Spacious bus. Decent price, and the staff had everything under control. They even called me on the phone 30 min prior to departure, and told me how to find the counter. Would use this company again!

The service left Bangkok 30 minutes late but arrived on time. The bus was clean and well maintained and the staff were pleasant. The driver drove safely. Seats were comfortable. I have no complaints and would use this service again.

Doesn't worth the price, nor the VIP status. If you hesitate, definitely take the cheaper one. It is said that the meal is included while it is not the case. The seats are completely different from what is shown on the picture, the indicvividual USB power (to charge the phone) and the seats lights were not working so we couldn't charge our phones and they didn't care, nor apologize for it. The bus was already late before the beginning and we got in Chiang Mai with a delay of more than 2 hours. The person working in the bus was just rude and impolite and did not even try to answer the questions, just ditching people off.
To conclude, I don't know why 12go.asia is charging such a price as the VIP bus does not exist on the company dash board where we checked in and the 1st class bus and service (which is more or less what you get) is more than 100Baths cheaper...
Overall okay (just slept and the seats were the only okay thing in that bus) but far beyond the expectations when you book and pay a VIP bus service.

Ich glaube der Busfahrer war betrunken oder unter Drogen, auf jeden Fall ist er dauernd Schlangenlinien gefahren! Und hat fast ein anderes Auto angefahren.
Als dann endlich ein andere Busfahrer kam war es besser. Immerhin gab es Decken und ein Snack.

We got free water and snacks as well as blankets before we set off. There was a lot of leg room and the seats reclined so we’re comfortable. The bus did arrive into Bangkok an hour and a half earlier than it was supposed to but overall a good journey

The trip was fine and I arrived at the destination before the expected time. Unfortunately the bus was 1 hour late to arrive at Morchit, so that affects my review. Otherwise, it was more than satisfactory.

Bus continually stopped. Once so the driver could go to get some street food. A gang of youths was let on about 20 minuets into the joirney and were hid at the deont and back of the coach (not on seats, on the floor) then the driver stopped at 3 random locations at the side of the road to let them off. Felt very unsafe

As a foreigner, you need to be prepared for hypercrowded station where no one speaks English and is not easy to find where to get your tickets from. The bus was not at the gate shown on the ticket but we were lucky enough to catch it anyway (just asking to other passengers around us). The trip was fairly comfortable, although air conditioning was very cold and the bathroom was disgusting and therefore unapproachable.

Die Busfahrt war ok, die Sitze konnte man super in eine gute Schlafposition stellen. War echt angenehm. Ansonsten war die Fahrt über Nacht unproblematisch, ausgestiegen sind wir in den Pausen nicht. Es gab eine Flasche Wasser und etwas zu knabbern, wir hatten VIP gebucht. Würden es nochmal machen!
