The bus trip was good, but the AnAnh contact, I presume Viviany, I found rude. The vouchers departure time was 09:00. I was told no that’s wrong. The email I received had to check in at 09:15 for a 10:00 departure. At 09:03 I received a message from her asking where I was, I told her I was a couple of minutes away and was told to “hurry up, 5 minutes” This annoyed me no end, especially after waiting 20 for the shuttle bus.

Staff were very helpful at the pickup Point. Cabin was quite small but big enough (for me at 165cm), no Space to Keep the cabin luggage except for the foot area. Everybody got a complementary water. We arrived on time.

Really bumpy but got there at least an hour and a half before the time scheduled. The driver didn’t tell us we were at the last stop so he was pretty rude rushing us off the bus and we had no idea. I think the pillow could have been more comfortable, the aircon was constantly on so it was freezing, even with the blanket and it doesn’t fit 2 people unless you don’t mind spooning. It’s not clear on 12Go how to book, we wanted one double for 2 people but it wasn’t clear so we ended up paying double the price and had 2 double cabins when we wanted to share 1.

Paid for a double expecting it to be for 2 people it was a single so paid double the price for the same thing as if it was just a normal bed

Not in time departure, but the guys from the company, during the TET WEEKEND in Vietnam, helped to us recover some jacket and earplugs what we lost on the way in the vehicle

Unsuitable for international tourists. I was concerned about my safety and, from the point I booked, unsure if and how the journey was going to go ahead as no one would get in touch with me or communicate in a language other than Vietnamese.

Seats were fine. Any taller than 6 ft and you might become pretty uncomfortable. Either you stay reclined all the way or you end up bouncing around for any stop which is frequent and jarring because the reclining feature bounces when partially upright

The reservation included a pick-up from our hotel, but we had to take a Grab to the bus station. The trip went well, although there was a bit of chaos at the departure station. We were taken to our hotel upon arrival.

+ our ticket was for 430pm and nothing to do anymore after we have explored Datanla.and MongoLand in Dalat since it was just a day trip for me and my son. We decided to go to the bus station early so we could try to change for an earlier trip. Luckily, we were there before 1pm and there was.a.130pm going back.to.Ho.Chi Minh same.price, same VIP sleeper bus - Good thing I was wearing a seatbelt while asleep because there was a time on the road wherr I was going from.left to the right side of the bed...but i was safe bec of the seatbelt and it didnt bother much because i was super sleepy. It just.woke.me.up a few times.

Drove like a maniac so it was hard to stay on the bed, trip was 6-9 hours we got there I 5. Would be a lot better to drive slower when people try to sleep on the bus. The AC was super high, when we left the bus the 14°C outside was warmer than inside.

Parfait, le transport c’est très bien déroulé ! Le bus était très confortable.

Es war sehr bequem und es gab Wasser. Die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt und wir kamen 2 Stunden zu früh an, wurden aber noch zu unserem Hostel gefahren, was aber noch zu hatte.

Le bus ne nous a pas déposé à l’endroit prévu initialement soit 10 ou 12 km2 plus loin, néanmoins la compagnie de bus nous a fait conduire à leur charge à l’endoit prévu mais cela a pris plus de temps car il a fallu attendre
