Wurde 45 min zu spät abgeholt. Ansonsten war mit dem Kleinbus und dem Fahrer alles in Ordnung. Was mich sehr geärgert hat ist die Tatsache, dass man direkt am Touristen Hafen abgesetzt wird und der Fahrer meinen Namen weitergeben hat. Dadurch wurde ich direkt von Verkäufern eingenommen, welche mich auch im Bezug zur normalen (günstigen) Fähre angelogen haben.

Great support from 35 Group Pattaya with all the questions I had. The service was excellent, the driver good and informative about toilet break times, that we can be outside while waiting for ferry ect. Would totally recommend and will book it again for our way back to Pattaya :) also really awesome to be driven to our accommodation on the island

On time, good trip, bus was fine. Ticket counter on the PDF is wrong. You have to go to counter 10, not 87.

Okay. Bus was delayed for over an hour (which can happen, but it would be nice to get informed proactively - e. g. via WhatsApp).

Preis war fair. Kein umsteigen erforderlich. Abholung im Hotel war zu spät. Komfort der Minibussitze war gerade noch akzeptabel . Ankunft auf der Insel war wie prognostiziert.
Trinkwasser o.ä. gab es im Bus nicht.
Alles in allem aber OK!

Late pick up. Which is OK. But had to wait again for transfer at the ferry. The driver was constantly on his phone. Constantly stopping. We were then transfered again. To get to our hotel. We were supposed to get there bout 3.30 pm, we were 3 hours late. The journey from ferry after kph chang was 6 hours.

Excellent driver with great communication, picked us up on time, but we're ready 30 minutes prior as advised..did it all and well..very much recommended with this particular driver...he got a good tip for great service

Pick up was 8:30am, didn't get picked up till 9:05am. Supposed to be in Pattaya by 4pm. Didn't get to my hotel in Pattaya till after 7:15pm... There were 3 transfers that were not mentioned on the itinerary.

Really nice service. Read some bad reviews but my trip was amazing. The pick up was 1,5h late but I called in the morning and they said that its gonna be at 8:40 instead 30min before departure (7:30) so I was AWARE OF it. The bus was comfortable, The driver was just the nicest, his English was poor but his attitudes was really nice. We stoppedmid way in the best possible spot, there was nice clean toilets available and shop and ice cream. Loved the trip, it went smooth and happy to chosen this company.

Mon chauffeur arrivé avec 1 h de retard et 12go ma dit au téléphone que ma réservation n'était pas dans leur registre. Finalement le chauffeur est arrivé et tout ces très bien passé par la suite on nous à déposé devant notre hôtel à destination.

I did ask 2 times before to bring me to the busstation in Trat, instead they ignore my request and bring me to the bootpier. They guided me on a taxi and have to pay 350 THB more to bring me to my destination (40km)

Beide Busse waren pünktlich, leider einige Fahrgäste nicht so, dennoch eine angenehme Erfahrung und ausgesprochen unkompliziert. Lediglich die Sitze waren auf den 3 1/2 Stunden etwas zu hart

We wait over 1.30 minutes on the pier before be boarding on the ship.
The Seat is to smallest .
My schedule time was 09.00 a.m waiting in my hotel lobby but pick up is at 10.00 so I wait more then one hours.

Der Bus kam viel zu spät...haben über eine Stunde gewartet..und 2x angerufen...danach müssten wir noch 2 weitere Hotels anfahren...aber der Fahrer kannte die Hotels nicht und musste suchen und nachfragen...dann müsste auch noch der Notsitz beim Fahrer genutzt werden..da der Bus komplett voll war..außerdem müsste das Gepäck auch noch in den Gang gepackt werde...hinter war alles voll.

All went smooth, from pick up from the hotel to the ferry and after transfer from the pier to bus and finally drive with bus directly to the Hotel in Pattaya. Thanks for the great organisation and the smooth operation. Great experience!

Leider war kein Hoteltransfer möglich sodass wir zum Office laufen mussten und zum nächsten Hostel mit dem Taxi fuhren, aber alles klappt super und wir sind gut angekommen. Die Busse sind sehr komfortabel, sodass wir auch gut während der Fahrt schlafen konnten. Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen, der etwas Geld für einen angenehme Fahrt zahlen möchte.

Man soll um 08:30 abholbereit sein, wir wurden erst um 10:00 abgeholt, mussten 1,5h warten.
Um 16:30 sind wir angekommen, 6,5h Fahrzeit mit Wartezeit 8h insgesamt….
Zwischendurch hat der Fahrer angehalten und ist verschwunden, er hat nicht gesagt wohin er geht ( vermutlich ein Paket abgeholt)

Der Fahrer war super nett und fuhr anständig kein Kamikaze Raser. Der Bus war sehr sauber und es war genug sitzplatz vorhanden. Leider haben wir das falsche Hotel angefahren (doppelter name) ich war aber kein Problem wir wurden dann noch mal 20 Minuten durch Pattaya zum richtigen Hotel Sophia ohne Aufpreis und mit guter Laune vielen Dank dafür

Yes, it was a little bit bumpy .. but that's not the drivers fault.
My Bus arrived at 9:50. So 50min too late, but as written i was ready at 8:30 which was a little bit annoying...
After that all was fine.
The minivan had ac which was not too cold for me and good polstered seat's.
We arrived a little bit later because of traffic jam in Pattaya, but i arrived directly in front of the Hotel.
I would do it again!

The bus was uncomfortable. When you’re above 1.8 m you need more space.
Besides that the bus ride is ok. You’ll get where you supposed to get 👍

I messaged the number on receipt with Whatsapp, they responded with a map showing location of bus and how long until it arrived, also included the license plate number. So cool, took the stress out of an unfamiliar location. The bus was very comfortable, I fell asleep and next thing I knew we were moving to a smaller bus. I was the first to be dropped off at my hotel, great ride. Even with construction on the highway we arrive earlier than I expected. Thank you for great experience.

U get a time for pickup at your hotel. 5 min later driver came to lobby to pick me up. Very good. Well organised with some breaks for toilet and lunch. Recommend it. Bus was full but okay, like eco class in plane. 😉. Baggage was stored mostly in cabin.

Transfer from hotel to pier via Songthew.
Boat transfer by ferry perfect .
Van transfer to bus a little confusing as we found out of the transfer at the time and taxi driver spoke broken English .

Bad communication - Not really any information given about the exact pickup point, even though when I booked it was "Ban Phe Pier" to Koh Chang...
Arrived in good time, around 10am for the 10:35 bus... no sign of the buses there, so I asked around a bit, but nobody seemed to know anything.
Messaged them on Whatsapp and they told me "10 minutes Ban Phe Pier" - so I just waited there.. At 10:40 and still no sign of the bus, a Tuktuk driver tells me it is from the other pier and kindly drives me there. The bus was waiting to leave of course, but why not tell me to come to the other pier?
If you're reading this - Don't stay at Ban Phe Pier - walk a few minutes south to the other one (Nuanthip), and on the opposite side of the main road is where the buses leave from PN Group 2017 on Google Maps
