We selected the VIP bus and had a perfectly comfortable trip. Seats have loads of legroom and recline almost all the way back. Air con wasn’t too cold. A blanket is provided as well as a small bottle of water, juice, and a snack (a little cake bar thing). The toilet is basic but does the job! In terms of the trip it’s 5-6hours then a stop for an hour or so at about 1am, then continue until 5-6amish at which point we stopped again and changed to a minibus. We got the ferry around 9:30am. At each stop there were food options but limited so probably wise to bring snacks if you’re fussy. Decent way to get down to the islands on a budget.

The bus was fully booked, and I was seated next to a fellow passenger who, unfortunately, took up a significant portion of my seat due to her size. As a result, I found myself unable to sit properly throughout the entire night, with very limited space. Her body overlapped into my seat by at least a third, and I had her leg in direct contact with mine for most of the trip. I am a little person, and even for me it was extremely tight and uncomfortable. I was unable to rest or sleep, and overall I did not feel that I received the full seat space that I had paid for.

The bus is clean and the staff is polite. Everything is fine, I am not disappointed at all for choosing to use the services of this company.

The bus was really uncomfortable but to be expected for the price. The ticket says to check in an hour early but that wasn’t needed, you can turn up 10 mins before. The bus was late and it wasn’t really explained that you get on with people going to lots of different places and then everyone gets off at different times. We opted to pay an extra 150 baht to get dropped off at our hostel, but the 30 min drive took over an hour when dropping everyone else off so if your in a hurry don’t bother

The bus was excellent . It departed and arrived on time. There was a toilet , Wi-Fi, and blankets available. The seats could recline to a certain degree, providing decent comfort. The staff were polite and gave helpful advice. The coordination for transfers between the bus and boat was smooth and well-organized.

Leaving Air Conditioning at us. Really Poor luggage Spaces so our luggage was between the legs. And therefore no space for legs, which hurts at some point. Seat couldn't be bend back more, so sleeping wasn't comfortable. But we arrived early and at the right point so this was good. Stuff was also friendly and try to take care of the problems.
