The car hat no trunk, so all the luggage of all 10 passengers (suitcases and 65l-Backpacks) were between our legs and between the seats - on a 3h drive!! The leg space was bad enough without the luggage, but with it it was horrible and uncomfortable. When we wanted to go to the toilet on the ferry to Krabi (not unusual on a 3h drive), the driver was annoyed and told us it’s not possible. If it weren’t for the other passengers who made space for us and encouraged us to climb out, we couldn’t even have gone to the toilet. We had to change cars in Krabi to an even smaller Car, a Rod Daeng (like a big Tuktuk), where they did not even know where to put the luggage of everybody. All the drivers spoke very little to no English and couldn’t answer any questions. The organization was chaotic and not even the operators knew who wanted to go where. We ended up on the wrong pier because our driver told us 4x that this was to Yao Yai, when we asked him. If it weren’t for the nice lady of another tour operator we would have missed our ferry. Even without the wrong pier we would have arrived over an hour later than what was communicated before - without any traffic jams or technical problems as excuse. If we book a transfer to arrive at 12:00 (communicated AFTER the booking was 12:30) and we arrive at 13:45 that is a no go, especially if it is with connecting transfer.

Pick up worked somewhat, there were other people at my hotel who had also booked a transfer, but to a differwnt place. The driver said he wouldn‘t stop at my stop so I didn‘t get on the bus. Had to call support and luckily they sent a new transfer an hour later. But this one was so full with suitcases and people… it was ok overall. But this also hasn‘t happened before, every other transfer has always worked

We booked at 8pm and were picked up from the hotel doorstep 6.30am the following morning, by 9.45an we were on Railay Beach. Everything ran smoothly and couldn't fault at all.

The vehicle was ontime. It was very cramped in the van. I did not appreciate the driving watching tik tok on his phone in one hand whilst driving a van full of people.

The VAN driver left us in Krabi town where we waited 50 minutes for the taxi to be dropped of at our hotel in Ao Nang. The same VAN driver was driving to Ao Nang anyway because other people paid him directly. Waste of time.
