Actually, we had to travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport, not Don Mueang airport. And this is why I classified this as 5 star. The operator noted we had put down an international flight, and DM is for domestic flights. They contacted me to confirm where we wanted to go and saved us a potentially costly mistake as these airports are at least 30 minutes apart. Then we wanted to leave a little earlier, and they accommodated that change too without any problems. Communication via email was reliable, and pain free. The driver turned up early and was waiting for us when we needed him. He was respectful, and a safe calm driver which we respected after previous experiences of drivers texting, and phoning whilst driving on busy roads.
