Zu viele Leute für den Minivan, einige Jungs waren fast kämpfen, um an Bord zu bekommen, so 4 von uns wurden auf dem Parkplatz mit dem Versprechen eines anderen Minivan wird innerhalb von 20 min kommen gelassen. Der Van kam 1h später. Der Fahrer fuhr sehr nervös und fragte mehrmals nach Trinkgeld. Wir kamen schließlich mit 2h Verspätung in Pattaya an! Ich würde diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen.

It was a bit confusing... First it said: Ban Phe Pier as pickup - I went there and asked around. Then I had to go/drive back to the bureau across Nuantip Pier. Better tell exatly where to meet/pickup Rest was fine - car, driver, dropoff...

The driver picked up the wrong person and after lots of phone calls made by the taxi driver who came to collect that person, he returned to pick us up 45 mins late. He should have checked the booking number and the name of the wrong person he collected. On booking the taxi, I realised that the date was wrong and requested it to be changed 2 minutes after booking. The communication was very poor and I did not recieve confirmation that my requested change of date had been granted. Lots of emails from you stating that my request would be looked at and some of them were unanswered. I will not be using your company again.

Not so perfect as the others. Alone at the terminal station and suddenly announced to go further (5mn by free motobike) to find my bus. But people good workers and gentle informaters.

Ban Phe - Pattaya Instead of a large bus we had a mini van (too few people, it was low season). The bus departed 30' earlier than scheduled, this information would have been nice to know in advance. But the ride was smooth, we arrived very early.
