Das Schiff hatte 2 Stunden Verspätung, weil sie immer noch am Packen und Auspacken waren. Aber als wir am Pier ankamen, wartete ein Taxi auf uns, das uns direkt zu unserer Busstation fuhr.

Tolle Reise wie immer, die langsame lokale Fähre ist definitiv die beste Art zu reisen. Sie fuhr mit über einer Stunde Verspätung ab, war eine wunderschöne Fahrt und wir wurden am anderen Ende von einem LKW-Taxi abgeholt, das uns zur Bushaltestelle in Ranong brachte und uns hinten im offenen LKW sitzen ließ ????. Alles in allem, einfach perfekt.

Viel bezahlen, dann keine richtigen Sitzplätze (eng/unüberdacht, so dass man in der Mittagssonne verbrennt). Nicht ideal. Gutes Boot, gutes Personal, obwohl.

Excellent customer service. The manager takes great care of his customers and makes sure that everyone gets into the correct vehicle when transferring from the speedboat to the van. He responds quickly and reliably to any inquiries and made a real effort to accommodate a change in our travel plans. Many thanks for that!

Really important to pre-book the speed boats to the island , otherwise you could find no spaces.

Ensure you confirm your booking at the counter a day before your trip to ensure you’re actually booked on the boat and are given a ticket. And make sure you get to the pier 30 minutes before departure as it’s super busy and you don’t want to find there are not any spaces. The driver had the booking name written on a board when we arrived at the pier. My advice is to ensure you get your place on the bus and are seated quickly otherwise people thst haven’t booked also come up and are offered seats. I didn’t need to print anything in advance. Overall we paid more booking this way but I found it useful to have these things booked in advance.
